I had such a wonderful experience at Wed2b this weekend. I felt like I was listened too and options picked which met my preference, I was able to try different combinations of accessories and nothing felt like too much: The staff were all so incredibly welcoming, kind and positive, they really make the whole experience! I was lucky enough to find my dream dress with the help of Belle and Emma - I cannot thank these two enough!

If you are looking for a dress I cannot recommend Wed2b enough. The overall service was fantastic and the selection is amazing!

Northampton branch is wonderful could not fault them at all they no there stuff Emma is a gem she amazing and very professional friendly funny kind and no how to make people feel good I went in crying because I hate my body and came out smiling with a dress I absolutely love the environment there is very relaxing and calm all the staff there are lovely highly recommended:) one happy customer

I visited the store 3 times this year, and found the perfect dress and veil last Sunday. I was served by Belle and Laura, both of them are so amazing at what they do. Giving honest advice and pulling out some amazing dresses to try out and using the underskirts for different looks. They both listened to me, and we worked out what was working and what wasn't. They showed my daughter how to do up the corset on my dress for the big day too. The store is really good, clean spacious and gorgeous items to look at. I always felt comfortable and not anxious at all.

Went to try on a dress and the manager was really rude to the sales assistant. I ended up ordering a bridesmaid dress in a panic as the wedding dresses were not great and we were rushed during the time we were trying on dresses. I was told I could not cancel the order even though the dress wasn’t made to measurements. Apparently you have to resell dresses at a loss.

The shop itself was very well laid out, it was welcoming and organised. No appointments was necessary and We were greeted by a very friendly lady who advised there would be a short wait as all consultants were serving other brides to be. We were advised we could grouse whilst we waited.
We were approached and introduced to Emma, the store Manager. Emma was lovely from the outset; as I have been having chemo/radiotherapy I have the need to use wc facilities and Emma was totally understanding and ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit, checking if I needed to take a break and/or if I was happy to continue as we tried on each dress.
Emma asked detailed questions about my ceremony and reception venue and about what ideas I had for my ideal dress. She gave practical honest advice and offered choices and options I’d not even thought about. All if this friendly yet professional interaction made for the best experience and purchase of my perfect dress, veil and additional sleeves.
I would highly recommend both Wed2be and Emma; and cannot praise or thank Emma enough for making my appointment so personal, relaxed, supportive, friendly yet professional and with the perfect outcome! Thank you!!

I had such an amazing experience at the Northampton store. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and I ended up finding “the one” at a fantastic price. My assistant, Bernice was absolutely wonderful and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and patience. She really listened to what I wanted and made the whole experience so special.

​I had the most incredible experience finding my dress! I’ll admit I was so nervous walking in, but the team immediately made me feel at ease and turned it into such a special day. Even though it was a busy Saturday and there was a small wait, everyone was so friendly that I didn't mind at all. The whole process felt surprisingly quick and easy, which was such a relief.
​Laura was absolutely amazing and truly made the day for me. She spent so much time talking through what I liked and didn’t like, and she actually ended up finding a dress I never would have picked for myself! What I loved most was how she made sure my voice was heard; she really listened to me and ensured my opinion wasn't being overwritten by my visitors. It was exactly what I needed to feel confident in my choice—and I did say yes to the dress!

Emma and the team were amazing, made finding my dress so easy and relaxed. They listened to what I wanted. The experience was relaxed and not pressured. I had the best experience. Thank you so much!

The staff all so knowledgable and friendly and really helpful. I have mobility problems and trouble climbing stairs and my friend is undergoing chemotherapy treatment, I phoned in advance and explained problems and when we arrived we were greeted so nicely and welcomed. The staff had put heating up and organised downstairs changing room, a chair for me to sit on and a sofa for my friend away from other clients. This made us feel very cherished before we even looked at dresses!
I explained what I felt I didn’t want and my concerns about being older lady and worried about exposure of too much flesh and Jade who was assisting me provided several beautiful dresses. I would recommend the Northampton store to anyone considering purchasing a wedding dress- not only were they all so friendly and knowledgable of their stock and no false flattery just genuine delight when helped me select the perfect dress. It was my firs and best experience of wedding dress shopping and I want to thank everyone who assisted me for such a wonderful experience, very special day.

Everyone was lovely. I purchased a bridal dress and picked up a bridesmaid dress today. Which was perfect

Belle was amazing, I’d popped in prior to see what happens how it works and explained that I’m on the spectrum so didn’t want to be too overwhelmed when I did come in. She let me know her availability and I said I’d come in when she was there. She was already with a client so we opted to wait and I’m really pleased we did. She listened to what I liked and disliked. We tried on a few and ultimately ended up with a lovely blush that I didn’t think I’d like! Thank you

I was thrilled to walk into the store to a lovely welcome from Jade. She made my experience one I’ll never forget. There wasn’t a dull moment in my appointment, she knew all the questions to ask and what dresses to pull out for me to try. I did in fact buy the second dress I tried on, she made me try on a third to confirm the second and that did the trick. She allowed me enough time to walk around to get a feel for the dress and to take photos. I’m so happy with my dress and I got chocked up with emotions when she asked that important question “Are you saying yes to the dress?” I’m so glad it was jade that helped me find my dress she’s a superstar!
