All the staff were very friendly, helpful and listened to me. One member of staff showed me around the dresses and explained each designers different style. I really wasn't sure what I wanted for my wedding dress. I chose a couple to try on which were beautiful but didnt feel 100%. I asked my consultant if she could chose something for me given what we had spoke about and she blew me away! She chose something I never thought I could wear and felt amazing in it. Listen to your consultant they are amazing at their job 😊 I said yes to the dress on my first visit and can not wait for my husband to be to see me on the day.

The 3 girls there today were amazing and really helpful.Walked away with a beautiful dress for my big day that I absolutely love.Thank you 🤗

I had a great experience from both Chelmsford and Norwich Stores, both of which were more than helpful. Due to personal circumstances my body shape has changed, to do alterations to the dress bodice would have been detrimental to the design. Claudia, Store Manager. Invited me to return to the Norwich shop, she agreed and following discussions with customer care team, she spent time with me in finding another style which fits perfectly. So pleased with the outcome. I can't thank Claudia enough along with all the staff and Customer Care Team. Thank you again.

My partner and I haven't even settled on a date, budget or venue yet my thinking ahead got the better of me 😅 Molly and Claudia were a dynamic duo and really helped my explore my options. I can proudly say I now have my dress and shes beautiful 🥰 I definitely feel now that if I didnt go home with Devyn, I very well have regretted it if she went a while later.

my daughter and I visited the Norwich store. just looking at this stage. Greta, our assistant on the day was wonderful. a great experience. very relaxed. tried lots of options i thought i wanted and then Greta brought in her wild card, tried it on and bought it! being a much older bride to be i was a little nervous but Greta put me at ease, explained everything before i tried any dress on, asked me what i like/disliked and gave me lots of compliments despite my reservations about my body image!

I only came to look at wedding dresses. These ladies are so professional, not only they helped me finding what was the best one for me but I left with my dress. I love the fact that, unlike any other bridal shops, you just turn up, no appointment required, and they look after you like you were the queen of the world.
The whole experience was just amazing. Milly my consultant was lovely, friendly and just so helpful. I had the best time and would recommend this place to any bride looking for their dream dress. A BIG thank you to the team and especially Milly.

Had a brilliant bridesmaids dress try on with Emily in the Norwich store. Was very attentive and helpful and gave us a lovely experience. She had great suggestions for additions to the dresses and was very knowledgeable. Thank you !

Great experience, very helpful and attentive store colleagues, but it’s not all about brides. We’re a male, same sex couple and upon opening your email:
“We hope you're loving your new bridal purchase….”
As there isn’t a bride this isn’t very fitting for our individual situation. We would like to make this known as the wedding industry is aimed heavily at women, and it’s a fair representation of modern day society.

Emily in the Norwich store was amazing. Found the perfect dress with her 2nd pick! Such a lovely team of ladies in the whole store, all so knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Millie asked questions about my big day, what dress styles and details I like to find me my perfect dress. I gave her feedback after the first to dresses and found me one that sat in between the two and made me feel and look incredible. Thankyou.

I had a fabulous time looking for my wedding dress today with my mum in law! I couldnt have asked for a better staff assistant than Greta 🙏🙌 she was amazing and so helpful and made me feel so beautiful and confident! So she was herself may I add! I felt like a proper princess today and made my experience exactly what I wished for! Thank you so much for everything you have done and the other lovely ladies such as Claudia! Not only have we had a proper giggles but also such a nice environment to be in and to look for MY dress to say Yes to!!

My first time trying on wedding dresses and Wed2b Norwich were brilliant! I had a rough idea of what i wanted going in, they listened at the same time made sure i ruled out different styles so there was no "what if's". Molly my consultant was lovely made me feel comfortable, understood what i was looking for & truly made me feel like a bride to be. It is such a surreal feeling when you find the one and they place a veil in your hair i just cried and immediately knew. I said yes to the dress! I would highly recomend a visit here to these lovely ladies - Molly & Claudia.

Visited the branch in Norwich and was welcomed by a friendly member of staff (sorry forgot her name). She talked through what happens during the session and how Wed2b works and handed me over to her colleague, Sophie.
I didn't know what kind of dress I was after, I was open to styles and colours and Sophie was very assuring and made me feel comfortable pretty quickly. She showed me 3 dresses in total and what she had chosen were fantastic. It was between 2 dresses so we added a veil and a clip and it helped my decision to pick the right dress.
Wed2b is a place I would recommend for choosing your wedding dress. Friendly, welcoming and they know how to help you find the dress you deserve for you special day.

My stylist Sophie, at the Castle Quarter branch in Norwich, was beyond amazing. She asked what I wanted and was able to find me the perfect dress within 2 dresses, the second was the curve ball but her eye and skills to see what will suit you is all part of the experience. Highly rate the experience and if you get Sophie you will be in for the best time. Thank you so much Wed2B and Sophie, you are an amazing Soul who made my experience magical. And made me cry happy tears xx

Went into the Norwich store on 15thApril and was greeted by 3 lovely ladies, Greta was assigned to be my consultant, she listened to what style I wanted and brought back a few options. She helped me into and out of my dresses and helped if they were too big so I got to see what it would be like when altered. I did purchase a dress and it was very neatly packed into a box and I took a hanging bag and hanger (at an extra cost) too, she also gave me a list of seamstresses around a my area. I was a bit wary of going into Wed2b because of some poor reviews and I was very pleased with my experience, Greta was lovely and caring and didn’t try to hard sell anything it was all down to me and my decision. Thank you so much ☺️

Sophie was incredible. We came on the off chance after we'd visited a local shop in the area and wasn't happy with the experience but knew what I wanted overall. Sophie listened to what I wanted from start to finish pulling dresses with different styles but overall in 4 dresses I found THE one. She was the perfect hype girlie and gave me confidence. With only 6 weeks in the job she is a credit to your company. Thanks again Sophie and I will keep crying on the inside like a winner 😁
