Excellent service, Layla was very attentive, listened to everything I asked for, made me feel very comfortable and found me the perfect dress!! Amazing choice and great staff highly recommend!!

I had a great experience at Wed2B Rotherham. After trying few stores and being nervous Josie and Abbie made me feel so welcome and comfortable. They both talked through my ideas and what look I was going for and pulled some dresses i would like. Not being a dress person normally I loved all the dresses I tried on. Josie was there all the way helping me in the dresses and making me feel beautiful in each one, she was so friendly and kind. I was then torn between 2 dresses it was a tough choice but I made it. I can’t thank Abbie and Josie enough for their help throughout my experience. They helped me to feel calm and enjoy my time in the store. The after care has been great. The dress I chose needed a few tweekments and Abbie has been amazing at reassuring about timelines and my options when it comes to the dresses. Thank you to Josie and Abbie for making my Wed2B experience.

So helpful, informative and honest. They take the time to know exactly what you have in mind and bring it to you. It was a wonderful experience rather than a daunting one.

A friendly welcome on arrival, made to feel so comfortable. Assigned a person to help choose dress, Alison, who was brilliant. All staff even when dealing with others were always smiling and commenting on if they thought something looked nice when they passed. The whole experience was made so easy and relaxing, even to a reluctant clothes shopper!

I popped in unplanned as I wanted to buy my veil. I was unsure if I could get a veil without having my dress with me. The assistant was really helpful and advised me on which veils would my dress from the picture I showed her. I was able to try on the veils too. They even found taxi numbers for me when I left! Thank you

A wide range of gowns on offer and the assistance from staff is excellent. They listen to what you want and bring the gowns to you in a very large, mirrored fitting room so there’s plenty of room to change and view from every angle. Very professional and patient, offering little extras to go with your choice. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for something special without a pushy sales associate.

Amazing experience and atmosphere from start to finish. The staff are so helpful and don't make you feel pressured at all to purchase a dress if you don't want one. I left with my dream dress and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

It was really personable and nothing was too much trouble, we were made to feel really comfortable and had a good laugh and a chat it was a lovely day.. we found the dresses for the bridesmaids and finished off with a lovely brunch

It was such a delight to come to the Rotherham store today, Jamie was so helpful, warm and kind. She was amazing at selecting the dresses that suited me and what I liked. It took only 3 dresses to try on to know I’d found the one! Thank you Jamie and Wed2b. Your selection of dresses are incredible, it’s so hard to pick! I would x1000 recommend others to visit the store as you will certainly find the one!

Both myself and my mum visited the store. We were greeted warmly but then felt like a discreet 'sales pitch' was taking place. The store had a wide variety of dresses and the lady who helped was really good at choosing dresses from the information I gave her. They did mention that they only stock one dress in one size so if you don't buy that day there is a risk of the dress being gone if you were to return. I understand why they tell you this but I felt this was a bit pushy in urging you to buy there and then. I did find a dress I liked out of the selction I tried on. I mentioned that it could do with a bit of sparkle, so the lady added a belt which did give it the extra bit it needed to really pop. She then added a veil and asked me to rate my dress out 5 ( they did this process with each dress). I gave the dress a 5 as it was the nicest I had tried on and felt nice in, but the lady kept saying well if your giving it a 5 then it's 'the one' which I felt was a bit pushy in trying to make you buy the dress. When I had the dress and veil on, I felt like the staff were waiting for me to say I would take, so this created a slight arkwardness when they realised I wasn't going to buy. Overall the dresses were beautiful and the experience gave me an idea of what style I am now looking for. I am no way saying this is a bad store and have read many 5 star reviews. This was just my experience on the day.
