The item I ordered was out of stock but they immediately contacted me offering a different colour or the option to wait for my original item. I decided to wait for my origin colour choice which I received this morning.Would recommend this company very good customer service.

When it came to ordering, everything was easy and the steps for personalisation were clear, and after ordering Wedcova got back to us promptly with mock-ups of our design and were patient when we asked to see changes. After our design approval, we received the personalised dress bags within a few days and the quality and finish are superb! We're very pleased with our new team dress bags, thank you so much Wedcova!
