Supportive and super Helpful, very well aware of the process and guiding people in a very friendly manner. Also super patient and answering my questions.

Rafaela is a very kind person and answers very fast for the messages.

I would highly recommend WeFindFlats! They made the notoriously complex Anmeldung process extremely smooth for me.

Wefindflats helped me and my family in finding accommodation in Berlin. They were very supportive during the entire process and were always open to offer their help in the entire process from searching, reviewing docs and after moving in. 1000% recommended!

The process was quite clear, and the agent is really helpful and committed to ensuring my family and I obtain a wonderful apartment. Overall, it has been a superb experience for me to find an apartment while overseas. You guys definitely do the hard lifting and I salute that. Great work!

I received German housing support from WefindFlats, the journey started with a collaboration call with agent Rafaela, she walked me through the entire process explaining different house types and it’s price structure between several zones. Rafaela made my things easy and smooth by constantly keeping in touch / chasing the landlords for resolving all my queries, reviewed the entire contract terms and assisted in making me aware the important clauses and penalties before signing the contract.

It would be a painful huddle migrating from India to Germany without Rafaela’s support, she literally made things easy for me in finding a perfect house within my budget and expectations. Highly Appreciate all your hard work and support, Keep up the great work.

I felt finding a house was bigger challenge in city like Berlin, however after reaching Germany felt getting a slot for city registration is even more complicated due to lack of slots, Rafaela continuously monitored the German websites and finally found a slot after a struggle for more than 15 days. Thanks to her hard work, which made my job easy in registration process too.

I would also like to appreciate and thank Mafalda for her support in filling the German forms for city registration which was completely in German language which I literally had no clue.

Finally I would like to thank WeFindFlates for having a wonderful team and providing the customers with hazel free and prompt support. Highly recommend the service.

Many Thanks
Sahil

The comprehensive information about how to find long-term flats in Berlin was very helpful. They provided a well-crafted presentation that I could always refer to when uncertain about what service/platforms to use and how to set up my account.

They also support with finding appointments for the Anmeldung which saves a ton of time.

They helped me with the Anmeldung process, it spared me so much time, since I did not had to care about getting appointments.

Very useful. Friendly and supportive staffs.
I recently moved to Germany and wefindflats.com helped me a lot in finding apartments, government procedures etc.
Highly recommend service.

From the very beginning Dulguun helped us a lot and made more everything more enjoyable as we always knew that we had his support. He helped us a lot with the apartment search and with all the paperwork we had to do to settle in Germany. Always very present and collaborative

They helped me with registration for my apartment and were always available over phone for queries! All together very good support and service provided.

Everything was explained perfectly by WeFindFlats agent. We found apartments, successfully made a registration.

Great support, always responsive

We had an odd request, as my partner and me were moving overseas to Berlin with 4 cats, and our budget was low. After trying to find a temporary flat by ourselves, we came into WeFindFlats and hired the Fast Track service. Surprisingly, they found a very suitable place for us in less than one week! Two months later, we are finally living in that flat and Mafalda is still following our conversations with the provider and helping us in issues like Anmeldung. Great service!

Had a great experience with Rafaela, she helped me a lot with anmeldung, filling out forms, making sure it correct and the status of them. Also with confirming the legality of the apartment options I was sharing with her. And making sure that they were providing all documents I needed for the anmeldung. She is very polite and humble throughout the process, she even booked an anmeldung appointment for me. Though at last, I found good accommodation for myself I wish they had shared more relevant house options with me. But overall everything was good. Thank you for all the help

The personalized support received from Dulguun, suited to my situation helped me navigate through the bureaucracy easily and I can't imagine how I could have done it by myself

They were always available and responsive to my queries

They helped me find my short term apartment while moving from Dubai to Berlin while I have no previous experience and no one to support, they sealed a good deal for me and my wife's needs.
While me looking for my long term apartment the frustration got in my mind at this time I asked again WeFindFlats team to help and they did what they are good at, find the stabile appartement for me and my wife's.
