If I could rate them negatively, I would. They rave how they “accept insurance”, answer your questions so you feel comfortable to sign up. THEN they run you around for 2 months with no treatment, discovering you are actually NOT covered. At this point you are enrolled in their BS 6 month ($84 each time) plan and you CANNOT CANCEL!!!

Stealing my money - I called them up last summer after signing up but discovering that the program wasn’t suitable for me. I was told I was locked into 10 months commitment but they would cancel and the payments with stop at the end of the 10 months. They haven’t they’ve taken a payment of £18.95, Unauthorised. Trying to contact them is absolutely impossible. There is supposed to be a 24 /7 chat, there isn’t. There was an email address through PayPal which I emailed and it came back saying it’s no longer in use. So absolutely no way to contact them. I see other reviews another feedback where they’ve done this taking peoples money, it’s stealing and it needs to be stopped. Why does nobody care when big companies take money from ordinary people? Yet, if it was the other way round?

I used to love weight watchers. I still think the tracking program can be great, but the Med+ program is awful! Very misleading advertisement. They make u feel like they will work with ur insurance companies to get everything covered. They didnt and it took a couple of months to even hear back from them with everything being denied. The clinical care team was hardly ever available for me taking 2+ days to answer any messages. Also I was not aware that I was getting myself into a 1w month contract with them and no way to cancel. I am unsatisfied with them. Not to mention having a hard time financially and they refuse to cancel my plan or at the very least let me downgrade the plan to just the tracking. Then had the audacity to tell me that I WILL continue to pay for it and they will not discuss it any further with me. I have tbe screenshots of how they were with me..I will try to post on here.

Simply dreadful since the acquisition. As others have said, the new app has numerous detrimental changes but my concern is with the policy changes including
* Increasing renewal payments threefold with no advance notification.
* The deliberately difficult route to get to customer service.
* An initial bot response which failed to recognise my details
* A jargon-laded customer representative who thought all of the above acceptable.
* A jargon-laded email "circling back" to me because they care, and listen...etc etc. But actually masquerading as a request for me to complete a survey that is totally slanted to blame the poor sap of the call centre rep who has only the crap corporate speak to work from.

The worst user experience in years, clunky non intuitive interface made me want to quit using the app altogether.

New app is awful. I cannot access many options so asked to cancel. WW are insisted on taking payment until end of contract despite not being able use to parts of the service. Surely a breach of contract on my behalf?? Barely any face to face meetings anymore. A massive con

The body scan feature is useless. You have to keep completely still and even then it keep saying, lower to waste height. It never gets it right. Then hold up arms stay exactly still when I cant am in pain. Hubby try hold phone exactly still which is very difficult for long time period...

Really dislike the new app. Find it very confusing and not user friendly at all. Will not be renewing my membership
Broken beyond repair
Broken beyond repair! No stars from me. Unable to access most of the features in the app. At present it's a full time job asking for help from tech support and they wanted me to pay 26 quid monthly for the privilege! When your deal expires if you do not contact them you will now be tied into a 12 month contract. Do not get caught out! Dreadful customer service and tech support. I feel sorry for class leaders who hear this in every meeting. It's beyond frustrating and they have no interest in customer satisfaction. Avoid!

The new app is awful! Hard to find anything, very frustrating and definitely not user friendly! I can not imagine the person or persons who designed this took in account those using it are busy people on the go and do not have the extensive time to spend trying to maneuver through this difficult app!!! Horrible! I do not use it any longer since the change!

I would give no stars if I could. Why, oh why, did WW get rid of their desktop version? It used to be brilliant, and I would use it in conjunction with the app. Now we’re forced to use only the app.
I messaged a coach from WW to say that I’m currently on dialysis and asked if they had any advice for me. Nothing. Yes — they said nothing and didn’t know what I was talking about. So I cancelled my account and the app and vowed never to use them again.
I also find the new points system confusing and misleading. For example, something that was previously 0 points is now 5 points, so that doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognise some egg and fish meals either.
Honestly, I find using ChatGPT better for weight loss than this.

They've gone downhill with terrible customer service
I have been a member on and off for years and their plan works. I joined again last year as a core member, this is where you do it on your own, no classes but you get the app and a online forum to discuss issues with other members and support. All was working brilliantly, zero issues. They've now since changed the app, and it is now unusable. They fix one issue and another comes along. At the moment I am unable to accurately track my points due to some technical issue. I wasn't able to get any support from the 24/7 chat, that's a joke as it is AI then states that no-one is available. They no longer have an email and their telephone lines place you in a queue and you're faced with AI again, then when you eventually get transferred to a person no-one answers. Finally got through to someone and they had difficulty connecting as they had bad WiFi. I couldn't hear what they were saying. What is going on at WW? The customer service is absolutely shocking. They're very selective who they help in the connect system if you tag them, cherry picking simpler issues and offer no help with the app. I have repeatedly been ignored. Getting fed up.
Why fix it if it wasn’t broke
I’ve been a member of Weight Watchers for many many years. This new app that they implemented doesn’t work properly. It miscalculates and adds more food items than I put. Therefore leading me to believe that I’m eating more of my points throughout the day. I have to go back at the end of the day and re-review all my inputs of tracking. I don’t care for it. I don’t know why they didn’t leave things alone if it wasn’t broken why fix it not a happy camper.

App used to be great. Easy to use and log meals, exercise etc. now takes so long. Can’t always go back on pages, and have to keep moving to other pages, just to get back to the front screen. Points and macros don’t marry up, which is very confusing. As can use 35 points. Yet under on all macros. I’m on 23 points daily. Sleep doesnt log anymore, nor does all my exercise even though I click to add from my Apple Watch. Used to do. Automatically. What used to be a quick and easy app to use is now terrible. After 5 years of using the app. Am actually considering trying SW to see if that’s any better.

The new app is terrible. So many of the previous function are either missing or just dont work properly. If they don't sort it soon they will lose a lot of support. Just awful.
Hate the new app
Hate the new app, the weight tracker no longer has lbs so very difficult to track weight correctly. Doesn't track the minutes correctly of excersise. In fact the only good thing is the macros. Has become a complete waste of money.

This company is continuing to take a subscription from my credit card despite the fact that I cancelled way back in October. It is proving impossible to contact them. It is a terrible service
