From start to finish this purchase was a pleasure. Paul put my mind at rest he said he can get what I wanted, install it how I wanted and take away my old unit.

Chris came round to measure up he was a pleasure to talk to and you could tell he wanted to do a good job. He was happy it would all work and reassured me that it would all be OK.

Chris arrived with the new unit a few days later and installed it superbly even doing a bit of carpentry and showing us how it works. My wife was over the moon.

Great product great service.

Do not order units online and try a DIY install just to save a few pennies. Buy from a local decent store like wellingtons in Erith get them to install it and take away old units.

Anyone thinking of buying in SE London, and Dartford, Erith or surrounding areas in Kent pay them a visit. Ask for Paul or Chris.
