We had a great experience with Ismail and Azim. They were both very professional and worked extremely hard to get us moved over in a day despite how much stuff we had to move. They were even able to help us pack up our kitchen fragile items which we were dreading.

Careful with belongings.

Everything was quick - took less than 3 hours to move my studio apartment even with some traffic. Price was very reasonable!

Ismail, Aybek, and Azim were super efficient, super professional, and got the job done. They moved me from a walk-up TO a walk-up and got it done in no time. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with WellKnown Moving, specifically Ismail and Azim. Their attention to detail was unmatched, every single piece of furniture and delicate item was carefully padded, wrapped, and secured so that everything arrived at my new home in the exact condition it left my previous one.

The night before my move, I ran out of boxes while packing the last of my belongings. I panicked, but I shouldn’t have…they came fully prepared and clearly anticipated that I might need extras. They provided additional boxes with no hesitation, making what could have been a stressful situation absolutely seamless.

Both Ismail and Azim were incredibly respectful, pleasant, and professional throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, and they made my move completely flawless from start to finish.

The pricing was also very reasonable. Don’t be fooled by companies advertising “flat rates.” I saved a significant amount of money choosing a company with honest hourly rates, and I’m so glad I did.

I truly hope I’m not moving again anytime soon, but if I do, I will absolutely request Ismail and Azim specifically. You will not regret your decision to hire this company; they exceeded every expectation.

Joseph and Farhad were amazing. They were very fast in getting everything packed up, very clear in communicating what should and should not get loaded, and even faster unloading everything. They had additional boxes for us when we ran out and helped get all our furniture in its spot at our new apartment. They double checked with me that everything was how I wanted it before they left and made moving a great experience!

Arrived on time, fast, didn't break anything despite there being some glass items. What more can you want from a mover?
