This company ships from mainland China. My Large Peacoat arrived and it is easily a 2XL. I tried to return, as the item has a return label of California, however it costs as much to return as the coat is worth and the consumer is on the hook for returns. WHEN YOU REQUEST A RETURN, THEY MAKE YOU SHIP ALL THE WAY TO CHINA.

The quality of the clothing is low to mid grade. You're better off going to literally anywhere else.

Be careful about the size and dollar value, it is in US Dollars, otherwise okay

The quality and material was outstanding

Shirt isn't like the picture. I tried to send back for a refund but no responses etc. Horrible.

I have bought several jacket from you guys and its always been great products! I absolutely love them! Will def be buying some other things soon.

I like the clothes but when I tried to cancel or change an order due to putting in a wrong size, I got no response from 'Support team 'and consequently gave the Polo shirt away. Also I got a jersey with no labels on it re make, size and instructions 🤔

Sent a jacket that looked nothing like advertised, wouldn't return my emails

I received the West Louis™ Top Grade Winter Designer Warm Windbreaker Coat a month ago and upon opening it was so disappointing and I donated it instantly, as the return to sender time has expired (because it took so long to arrive).
During the purchase, I emailed West Louis customer service team but never received any acknowledgement or reply.
The West Louis website says "Perfect Fit Guarantee - You only need to provide us with your height, weight and collar size and we will do the measurements to give you the coat that fits you the most."
This function was non-existent on the website, so I chose the size I usually wear. And, the jacket's size is way too small.
In conclusion, I do not recommend buying from West Louis, because of its unprofessional service, full of gimmicks and the jacket size is on the small size standard.

I ordered some boots that were advertised as genuine leather but when I got them they looked like they might be fake leather. I tried contacting them numerous times but got no response. Best case scenario they have lousy customer service and communication. Worse case scenario, they are simply a dishonest company.

Not as advertised

The product was poorly made and the fit between the same sizes in jeans were vastly different. The kicker is the product is mailed from Gardena Calif, however for returns you have to send it registered mail to Hong Kong making it cost prohibitive to make a return!. I spent $100 on two pair of jeans, but it would cost me close to $50 to return them and who's to say I'd get the refund and not be out $150. Ridiculous return/exchange policy and poor customer service.

Terrible Quality and Communication

Bought a pair of dress shoes. Falsely advertised as leather. They are poor quality and frankly unwearable because they make too much squeaky noise and my feet do not breathe in them - poor synthetic artificial leather! Have been trying to return for days now by emailing - the only “contact us” option. No success. Completely ignored. No phone number to reach them. They pretty much sell really bad product and do not provide any service afterwards. Do not buy from them!!!
