We ordered a BC cloakroom basin & stand and a set of BC taps to go with it. They were on sale so we ordered and paid for them. Our order was accepted and payment taken only for me to receive a phone call about 2 hours later with someone telling me that they had been mispriced on the website and we could not purchase them at that sale price because the actual price was approx £400 more.
I then told the salesperson to cancel my order and refund my Credit Card. I was told that in order for them to refund my credit card I had to reply to the cancellation e-mail which I'm still waiting for.
Very disappointing.

Found a few items in the clearance section and am delighted with them. Andy was so helpful and we felt we could really trust him, so we ended up buying several other items too. I was overwhelmed by how complicated it was buying for a few bathrooms at once and Andy was so informative and patient even although some items were on sale - it made no difference to the time taken to make sure we got the right things. I have no hesitation in recommending west one bathrooms.

Great selection - and prompt efficient delivery

Someone answered the phone and was very helpful, organising timely dispatch after giving us concise product advice.

I bought a TOTO RW Washlet toilet and the wall mount cistern for it from West One Bathrooms online. Before I did, I called to confirm if I would receive it before the install date that I had schedule. They assured me I would receive it before then, so I went ahead and purchased it. The price was competitive and the checkout process was simple.

On the day of delivery, they accidentally delivered to my billing address which is currently different than the delivery address. Apparently, they are trying out a new system and it made a mistake. I couldn't afford to have it redelivered at another time due to a tight installation schedule for the toilet so called them. They quickly realized their mistake and were able to get it delivered to the proper location on the same day.

The delivery driver helped me bring the Toilet and parts up to my flat which was not on the ground floor. He was friendly and very helpful.

I recommend West One Bathrooms Online for competitive prices, good service, and the ability to quickly resolve mistakes.

Ordered online after a visit to the Tunbridge Wells showroom and several helpful conversations over the phone. They gave me design advice and helped me choose pieces based on availability and price. Customer service is superb. I would highly recommend.

Contacted the company and was required to order online. Made the order but a slight delay, rang customer services and quality Robe hooks were delivered the next day. Super service.

They were excellent - very helpful and friendly and managed to source the sink and recommended a better tap.
