Received boxes Complete cheap junk. I bought each family member a box. Could not get hold of them via phone or email

The most terrible products, most terrible service, nothing. They vanish after you’ve paid. This company is ONE big SCAM. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Everything they offer is a big lie.

Has anyone progressed complaints concerning whatsthebox and its owner. Please let me know as we are having otjer issues with the same individual. We are currently trying to recover our funds as they seem to operate in other areas too. Any help, greatly alpreciated

Sad to say. I am a foster parent and ordered the 350 box for my kiddos during the pandemic to stimulate their minds and have things to do. I never received anything and it’s over a year later. If you are waiting for a package DoNT!! I called and emailed hundreds of times and got blocked lol. It’s cool though. If anyone wants to start a law suit against this fraudulent company who’s owner purchased a G-Wagon- let’s do it. I’m not expecting anything buts it’s the principal at this point!

This scam company is run by a guy called Leo Cousineau. His youtube is SouljaEcom , he just bought a G-Wagon by scamming all of you (upwards of 4 million). Please sue him so he can be put into prison.

I ordered three boxes and never received. These people need to be in jail!

First off cannot rate zero stars cause any star you tap lite up all 5 stars receive over 8 months after ordering all inside is beyond obsolete garbage

Ordered August of 21 still haven’t received a order or got a response from my them definitely a scam

I think it’s funny that they want you to film yourself when you open your box that you got from them .LOL it’s really hard to do when you didnt get your FU—///// Order. I placed an order may5,2021 and I still haven’t received it.

I’m glad their website is down! I waiting almost a whole year for my box and I did talk to someone in customer service but they were rude. I just wanted a refund of my money!!

I ordered 2 boxes 8 months ago and haven’t gotten either of them. And I’ve emailed the company multiple times and have gotten n response. Complete scam.

Waited over a year and still nothing stay away and thank god their website is down so no one else gets scammed unfortunately for people that did all we can do is move on.

this is a scam. ordered a box after several months got a notification that a box was being shipped and it was never shipped

Never received box. Said a UPS shipping label was created after 3 months, but ups never received item. It's been 3 months, still nothing, no updates.

I ordered my box August 26, 2020 and have emailed and sent texts numerous times. In November a label was created and UPS is still waiting to get the package to ship. Today 1-6-22 their website whatthebox.io is shut down. So disappointed……

THEY DIDNT SWND ANYTHING AND IVE AWAITED OVER 3 MONTHS! Now they are trying to see if I will pay my “subscription” to order another box even though they never sent the original. Customer service NEVER responds.

DO NOT ORDER FROM YHESE CROOKS!!! I ORDERED BACK IN AUGUST STILL HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. AND NOW THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE , EMAIL OR TEXT. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

If I could leave no stars, I would. Like everyone else, I placed my order for a small box on August 26th. 1-3 business for shipping my ass! I got notification on November 1st with tracking information but it still hasn’t been shipped. Every email, text, and phone call is ignored. Terrible “company”! Is it too late to contact my bank and report them for fraud!? SMFH.

I have never received my box that I paid for back on August 22, 2021. They will not respond to me and they do not ever pick up the phone. The shipping label was created but never shipped. Don’t buy from them this is a scam.

ECHO of what everyone else is saying, IT IS A SCAM! I purchased and was charged yet received nothing but more emails OFFERING discounts.
