Great Products! Go to place, for all things wheelbarrows. Only remark would be that the nuts should be locking nuts as we find that they always undo and consequently fall off in the most inconvenient times.

Delivered on time, easy (ish) to assemble single handedly and an excellent sturdy design.

We purchased a wheelbarrow in 2024. Dry stored. The handle started rusting and the wheel washers etc fell apart. Wheelbarrow parked up from before Christmas. Tried to order a spare wheel as part of a set. Delivered April 25. The 2nd wheel washers fell apart and still out of stock in July. What a waste of money. Company would not return and replace. Don’t buy!

Purchased a wheel 10th April, showed as in stock turns out it wasn’t - no big deal asked for a different colour that was in stock and it was sent.

My mistake but the bore hole size wasn’t correct so I needed to return it - daily emails to ask for return, calls with promises of email back to give RMA - finally got what was needed 23rd April.
Packaged up and returned to them the next working day - tracking shows delivered 30th April and have I heard anything from them?! No! No refund, no email, no response to my now daily emails chasing it so now raising complaint via my bank and thankful I paid on credit card!! Honestly how hard is it to respond to an email?! Quick enough to respond to the sale but not the refund it seems - really really disappointed

Replacement parts came for wheelbarrow, two completely different arms sent. Spent over a week in asking for replacements over both phone and email. Now have requested refund and will return this product. What a terrible customer service response - just dont purhcase is the recommendation. You wont get what you want if its a frame thats needed. Tried to blame me on phone too that I'd ordered the wrong part.

I ordered and paid and 1 second after receiving order confirmation I received an 'out of stock' message. It's clear that they have misrepresneted their stock situation which is unacceptable. No doubt they will make me wait weeks to recieve a refund... another e-tailer using the british consumer to fund their working captial.

Got one of their wheelbarrows for Christmas and got around to putting it together in early January. The frame was bent and badly constructed, so hard to fit together and having done so the plastic "bucket" part of the barrow didn't sit aligned with the pre-drilled holes - totally unusable! In fairness to the company they offered me a replacement frame without any quibble, but it took a week to arrive whereas their estimate had been 1-3 business days. When it did arrive, it was still not perfect and didn't fit together easily - took two people in their thirties to bend the bars so that it could slot together. Now it's finished and I'm hoping it'll last a while but time will tell. To be fair considering the number of alternative wheelbarrow options out there I probably wouldn't recommend buying from these guys just based on the fact that they seem to be shoddily/inaccurately built and hard to put together.

I ordered a Walsall Solid Wheel to replace a pneumatic one which had long failed to hold any pressure. The wheel was delivered quickly, was an exact match for the wheelbarrow and was easy to fit. It does not roll quite so smoothly, but for occasional use a solid wheel is much more reliable than a pneumatic one.

Bought a a pre-assembled wheelbarrow as they are hard to find elsewhere on-line. It looks to be well constructed, sturdy, a good size, and it arrived in good condition - very pleased with it.

Delivery was about a week - longer than quoted, but as it was over the New Year period, that's understandable. Courier missed the 2-hour slot by a few hours, but with a lot of roads in the area flooded, I was very pleased that he persisted and delivered on the day.

All in all, very satisfied with the purchase.

Brought a wheel barrow from them. Didn't come in 2-3 working days, took over a week. Then when it arrived. Missing parts for attachment of the wheels. Had the wheelbarrow for nearly two weeks waiting for a reply on the right wheel attachments, which will now take ‘2-3 working days’ to arrive

Don't buy from this company!

They lie on their website about their products. They sold me a wheelbarrow that they claimed was galvanized, but it wasn’t—it was just painted. It rusted within a few weeks, and they refuse to address the issue. In fact, they completely deny there's a problem. I’m reporting them to Trading Standards. Shame on this company!

This company is a disgrace! a £230 wheel barrow arrived after purchase only to find out the quailty was so bad I almost burst out laughing. I promptly asked for a refund to which they asked for £45 in the process to pick the barrow back up. After 3 different attempts to pick up the barrow they collected it. When I say avoid this company like your life depended on it, I am not exaggerating!!! Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Expensive wheelbarrow arrived 1 month after ordering and after 6 calls chasing it up. Customer service doesn’t care. They were happy to blame courier but I believe the problem is at the company. Would never use again.

Paid for next day delivery on 3 barrows. Two arrive a week later and one I had to cancel as they couldn’t supply. Poor comms and broken promises. I ended up having to buy a barrow elsewhere otherwise work would have to be stopped. Then when I tried to cancel they said there would be a cancellation charge.
