Very quick shipping, but difficult return process

Item is sold as 1 & 3/8 inch wide wheel but tire width measures just slightly over 1 inch wide. This is complicated because manufacturer has 1 & 3/8" written on side of tire.

After ordering picked up a few hours later same day and payed significantly less than was previously paying. New go to for sure!
