If I could, I would have not given it even one star this website has used without my authorization my business name along with my logo and pictures. It also provides the wrong address and phone number. The app tries to get you to sign up and pay in order to edit the wrong information that they have provided.
It is a complete scam. Please stay away from this website!!
I am writing this review to warn other business owners that Wheree has listed my business on their platform without my knowledge or permission. Not only did they scrape my website for information, but they also took copyrighted images from my site to populate their listing.
To make matters worse, the information they published about my business is incorrect, which causes confusion for my clients and potentially harms my professional reputation. I never authorized this listing, and I find these business practices to be deceptive and unethical.
I request that Wheree removes my business listing and all associated imagery immediately.
Listed my business without permission, took my images, published factually incorrect information about my business, has no contact details on site to ask for removal.
Wheree.com is a absolute joke they decided to publish my business without my permission. And then write inaccurate articles about me. And my business stating that I am unprofessional enlisting, my prices and posting my personal business this site needs to come down.It is a damage to the community in a harm to people in their businesses. I'm going to take legal action if they do not take down their fake information about me

They don't have a customer service number. I've never made an account. I can't log in to delete it. Because I never made an account. They decided to take my information from Google. And from places that I trust on the internet and post about me using slandering language and harmful language describing me as a monster. It has scared clients off
This website appears to be a scam that is putting out inaccurate information about my business and others. Google then uses this info to update my listing inaccurately. They are based in Singapore. Not Cool. Not trustworthy. Why is Google pulling info from this site????

Wheree appears to be created by some low-level AI that "borrows" a photo of our business from another review site, and then aggregates the other sites' reviews. So, a scavenger. Add some value, why don't you? Somehow the #1 thing we got a lower-than-average rating on is "medical devices." But we don't sell medical devices.
Also, when I run the filter, there's ZERO examples of "shopping" "near me" with a four-star or better review. But I'm shopping, and I'm near me, and I have 4.8 stars.
Wheree.com listed my business without my knowledge or consent.
I emailed their Customer Support Team twice this month to advise my business is no longer at the address they have listed.
Despite providing my legal business name and the page link to the official business names register, they have yet to respond to my request to either update, or remove the listing.
So much for the 24/7 support they claim to have.
Please reply to my emails and fix this up ASAP.

– For removal requests, our upgraded system now allows us to delete a brand or listing within 24 hours. (Requests sent on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.)

This company are posting inaccurate information about my business. They have led folk to believe that I am closed from Thursday - Sunday - only open 3 days Mon - Wednesday.
This have proved very damaging to my ability to attract clients and loss of earnings. I tried suggesting an edit but nothing happens
I would give NO stars if able.
What's worse is that for some strange reason a Google chrome search takes you to Wheree!!!

Along with other reviews. The information they produce is factually incorrect.
They have merged my company with 5-start reviews with a company of a similar name with bad reviews and dragged mine down with it.
