Goid selection, good value.
I use 3 or 4 whisky auctions and would note that Whisky Auction has always been a good experience. They always have an interesting selection up for sale and overall price including buyers commission, delivery and insurance is good value. I'll keep using.

Still not receive the bottles yet. If possible, do not use DHL, other sites use Fedex and we have never encounter issues with Fedex. Really disappointing.

Good morning Henry. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we do apologise for the confusion regarding your delivery. As confirmed in our emails, your parcel was sent by Parcelforce to the UK address on your account and delivered to a safe space, in this case a neighbour. We do not work with DHL for these orders so this must be an order from another company. Do let us know if you have any further questions. You can always get hold of our customer services team at info@whisky.auction. All the best, The Whisky.Auction Team

Response, The reason i have nort dompketed aa apcking slip is that I dleiver goods directly rather than a courier and then write what's been delivered
When dealing with W.A, they have a great website and everything is very clear. Their packaging and delivery service is outstanding and their telephone response first class,
The only concern is their insistence that for any sales one must give a National Insurance Number and any tax ID, AFTER the sal has been made or they will not release th funds, Such demnds shoud be informed before items are entered,

Good afternoon Mr Williams.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're really pleased to hear that you're happy with our delivery and customer service.
We do apologise for the confusion regarding tax identification. I've checked with the team and the reason you missed the tax information request is because you have not been completing packing slips before submitting your bottles for auction. Please do take a look at the first page of our packing slip form which requests you details and also provides a link to full information on the new requirement - https://whisky.auction/seller/sell
Please do let us know if you have any questions at all on this.
All the best, The Whisky.Auction Team
