First of all the service was quick, however I couldn't get what I wanted or expected,so I contacted with customer service (Tom, I am not sure if he is AI or a person) and got a full refund as fast as the subscription. My experience is good and satisfied here you can trust them and can contact freely.

8/3/26 RESOLVED! After 3 weeks of ghosting, they finally responded after posting this review. They provided the refund. I initially gave them a 1-star review but have now changed it to 3 stars. While they were able to resolve the issue, it took way too much time and effort on my part following through.

7/6/26 I canceled my subscription within the 30 day money back guarantee time period. I immediately got a response back and was told they couldn't locate my subscription matching my email. I sent them a copy of the charge that was made to my credit card. I received confirmation that they would look into it and get back to me.
6/8/26 They emailed me asking for a copy of the invoice, which I never received. They replied "No problem at all — don't worry about the invoice."
6/15 and 6/23/26 - I emailed them twice to follow up and they have ghosted me. No response whatsoever.
6/27/26 - Received a second charge on my credit card from them!
