I can’t say enough good things about Ben and his whole team! They made every part of the moving process as easy as it can be. They were worth every penny (and probably more) as they couldn’t do enough to help us. They’re friendly and polite and everything arrived safe and sound on the other end. They even helped us keep on schedule when our sellers tried to throw a spanner in the works at the last second.

White Rose Removals have been brilliant from start to finish. Having had to change my date several times and postpone when first sale fell through, it was a relief to have a flexible and helpful removal company.
They arrived promptly on moving day and had the van packed in no time. They waited patiently for me to collect the keys and worked non stop to move me in. If you want a reliable, and reasonably priced company don’t hesitate to book them. The young lads enjoyed the chocolate digestives too!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had moving . From start to finish everyone I had contact with was so efficient and their customer care is absolutely fantastic. The estimate of how many boxes I needed was absolutely spot on and I got them so quickly to be able to pack prior to the move date and I received helpful advice and plenty of tape and packing materials . Everyone I had contact with had such great interpersonal skills and from start to finish their customer care is second to none whilst being very efficient . They are such good value for money and made my whole moving experience not only as stress free as possible but moving day was actually enjoyable and I was sad to say goodbye to the team. They worked so hard and I couldn’t believe how fast they were yet were still able to be so friendly and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with everything and hadn’t missed anything . They were respectful, considerate , professional but also good fun and really put us at ease. They took care with everything and nothing was too much trouble especially Mick and Joe who drove from Leeds to Newcastle and unpacked and assembled everything so brilliantly . However the whole team are fantastic . I wouldn’t ever use anyone else again.

Excellent service from the White Rose Removals team on the day - Bailey, Ben, Simon and Cameron, and the office staff also looked after us really well. The team on the day were amazing - courteous, friendly, professional and very capable. Furniture was taken apart and put back together really well. Really happy we chose White Rose to help us move house, thanks so much.

What an incredible team - the White Rose guys were all so polite, helpful, considerate and dedicated. They moved some very difficult pieces of furniture for me down 4 flights of stairs and into my new home. Not an easy task. We had a great moving experience. They turned up on time and worked so efficiently to move us out of our home, even on a very hot day. Moving in was just as smooth and furniture reassembled perfectly. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Excellent service from getting a quote and booking in, through to removal of furniture, 6 months of storage and then making sure everything was right when they moved me into another house. Paul, Ella, Bailey and the team were all fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend White Rose Removals.

Incredibly friendly and effective from start to finish. Really impressed with the whole team, from the pre-move visit to being kept updated on logistics in the lead up and the professionalism and efficiency on the day. They did a really great job.

My partner and I wanted to try a reputable home move service as previously some AnyVan drivers left all our stuff in the building’s courtyard!

This year we went with WRR, couldn’t be more pleased about that! Contact prior to the move was smooth and I appreciated how they took lots of details including walkthrough videos which I’m sure helped them on the day.

Mick and Lee turned up at 8:30am on the dot, our flat was empty and they set off to the new flat at 10am on the dot, never in my life have I seen a 90 min turnaround to fill the van, we’ve moved 3 times in 3 years and couldn’t believe our eyes?

We met them at the new flat, they were very careful with all of our items, I was initially worried about our TV but they put it in a big protective padded bag which was an impressive surprise!

Both Mick and Lee were kind, friendly, courteous and honestly both had a great sense of humour too which put us both at ease (moving is stressful as everyone knows!), they were very very considerate of the fact we’re both disabled and therefore struggle with lifting/moving and general mobility, we both were absolutely blown away by the professionalism and service provided.

The price was reasonable (more modest than a significantly worse service AnyVan quoted), the gents were seasoned and experienced professionals who clearly knew what they were doing and did it really impressively well, they were careful and precise, they had specialist equipment, all in all we are so pleased and will absolutely be back in touch with white rose removals when it comes to moving again one day!

A complex 4 day removal from small village property in Buckinghamshire to a city centre apartment. Access was difficult at both ends and weather was extremely hot. Whole process was efficient and delivered to expected standards. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and worth the cost for the service provided. The teams were consistently helpful, communicative, respectful and professional.

Very happy, used White rose once before and used them again for this move as did such a good job.

Fantastic service from the first phonecall to collecting the empty boxes. We used the packing service which was worth its weight in gold. Took a fraction of the time it would have taken me to pack and all done professionally and with great care.
Nothing was too much trouble even at the height of the heatwave. The guys were friendly, polite, funny and reassuring. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

The lad's that did our removal yesterday were Brilliant.

They arrived on time, very friendly and courteous.

The Lorry was loaded very quickly and efficiently.

When we reached our new home, we had to wait several hours for completion. The lad's were very understanding and patient.
Once we received the keys, every thing was unloaded and placed exactly where we wanted it.
