They don't respond
At first, everything seemed fine. I ordered a custom wig on August 28th. On the 3rd of September, i wrote my first Mail to check on the Order because i did not know right away, that it might take up to 7 days to finish the product. I read that by accident on their page. I got an answer, telling me that everything is fine and production started August 31th. So i waited but wanted to stay in contact with them. But no Answeres and no Updates whatsoever. The Status on my Order is unchanged, their policy alows to cancle only in the first 24hours after order and i kinda feel scammed. But yeah, it was too good to be true.
