Bolts are bolts, but the three distinguishing characteristics of this company are their amazingly fast service, their amazingly attractive pricing, and their incredible selection. Forget the box stores where you're lucky to find bolts in 2 inch increments. These guys have half inch increments in all the diameters and finishes, always in stock. I went to 3 box stores looking for 5-1/2" X 5/8" dia. hot dipped galvanized bolts. Are you kidding?

Great prices but the trade-off are the quality. These pieces look like b or c grade products; they are much rougher than the ones you buy from your big box hardware store but if looks aren't important, or you won't be able to see the hardware, it's not a big deal. My big caveat is 1/5 of my hardware was faulty and some of the bags of 100 pieces were short. I emailed them with photographic proof and they sent me replacements quickly. Pretty pleased with their customer service overall. Will buy from again for large orders.

SS Carriage Bolts
I am building a park bench (2 of them) for my mom and her best friend. The cast iron supports are over 100 years old. Had them sand blasted and powder coated. Cut & planed boards out of Cedar planks. Each one used 32-1/4 x 1 3/4 SS Carriage bolts with washer and nut from you. They looked & worked great. Also found new place with great service, good prices and quick shipping. Thanks
