After weeks of insisting this company could lower my credit card rates based on my current sales and requesting all kinds of information, they returned with a 'due to lack of volume we can't offer you anything'.
I will never do business with this company when my credit card sales increase. This company is extremely disingenuous and makes claims it can't keep. They misled me and wasted my precious valuable time. UPDATE: Per their response, they continue to provide misleading information. I submitted multiple statements, and with the final statement I was informed about the lack of volume. It makes my original statement even stronger. And why would I ever want to do business with them when they continue to not be forthright?
