Tipp #1444 So after my last message I get a reply to ask for proof why I think my order was delivered. I sent a screen shot twice which for some reason you can’t see.
I then get the most unprofessional response insulting me and with colourful language which I’m happy to share on here as I have the screenshots saved.
The last messages was that I would be refunded my £230 which hasn’t happened.
I’ll wait another day then start proceedings chase the money via legal.
I’m sure wholesale peptides don’t want their messages shared on here.
Refund my money and that’s the end of it.

1st time ordering and it was a bit of a mixed bag. Ordered at the start of March expecting delivery to be roughly a week. Waited 2 weeks then messaged on WhatsApp and they explained they were delayed and it would be sent that week. Lost patience after 3 weeks and messaged again asking for a refund. They sent me my money back and said they would still send my order as an apology for the messing. My order has now arrived, took nearly 4 weeks altogether. The MT2 is as good as anything I’ve researched. The wait was never a problem to me as I order well in advance it was just a case of I thought I’d been scammed. Prices and quality is really good and in fairness I ordered on the back of Chinese new year, only a honest company send you free product to make up for their mistakes so I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again

Do not listen too the negative reviews. They set me off in panic thinking I'd been scammed but I had not. Shipping just takes longer than normal so just be patient !! Communication has been great for me, it arrived really well packed. Just had one little issue which I'm sure is going to be resolved once they message me back. Once they are in touch with me I'll be ordering another batch. I'd say double up when you order so you have plenty of stock to last :)

This is a genuine company at a decent price but delivery does take a while. Delivery time expected for the price point. I was so worried when I ordered and saw some negative reviews but order arrived today and is exactly as expected. If you want Amazon style next day delivery these aren't for you, if you're happy to wait a while (it does say this on the delivery information on the website) then this is good value.

Read the delivery information clearly, give a few weeks for delivery and be patient! I had used the wrong reference on the payment and still got my order. Would definitely order again! Thanks!

Im guessing they only have a certain stock in the UK but mainly buy in from China after recieving your order hence the delays , Im reluctant to buy direct from China atm so this is a good/safe option as middle man suppliers

2nd order recieved , again quality products and yes they might take a while to arrive but they do arrive so dont listen to the haters leaving bad reviews I feel they are probably just being very impatient. Cheers guys

Shipping and communication needs work - item sat in their warehouse for nearly two weeks ("label printed") before being handed over to courier, and WhatsApp comms was sporadic. Item quality seems good and very affordable, however I received the wrong strength and am waiting for issue to be resolved. Will adjust depending on outcome.

Customer service was great and product was great too. Highly recommended

DO NOT ORDER. Place an order of £145 for peptides on the 8th March and nothing, promise delivery 24 hours after the 26th March, nothing arrived. Please don't waist your money like I did, it's not a bargain if you don't receive anything, avoid at all costs, pay a bit extra and get what you ordered. He even went to the trouble of creating a Royal Mail shipping number, which stayed in the "Seller has created a label" stage for over a week. I was stupid, PLEASE learn by my costly mistake.
