I gave my son in law a cookie subscription for his birthday and he loved it. Delicious, fresh, high quality cookies were delivered to his door as a regular treat. The customer service has been excellent. A company that has very helpful people who you can actually talked to and who really care that they get it right.

Wicked Cookies helped us to deliver thousands of branded cookies across multiple sites in the UK and there wasn't one fault.
The cookies recieved fantastic feedback. We opted for the Vegan & Gluten Free and people could not believe they tasted so good despite this.
Sally was fantastic to work with, very responsive, always willing to work with quick turnarounds and provided all tracking information once orders went out.

I never meant to do it. This was my first time with gluten free Wicked Cookies. I'll put on in the freezer, I said. I'll just have a bit of each then stop, I said. Now ,having experience the supreme crunch and melt, lush, flavoursome, not-too-sweet delight of all three non-choc ones, I know it was never going to happen.

These cookies are that special something to celebrate life's wins with, something for comfort, for de-stress, for I-deserve-this moments. Some people turn to a deity. This is especially for those of us who are just ... too ... Wicked ;)

Recently, my husband and I have been shopping around different places that send cookies by post. It has been a real Goldilocks story - some were too sweet, some were too flavourless, some were not varied enough and didn’t have different dietary options. The search has stopped here at Wicked Cookies because we have both agreed that we’ve found the best place. Easy decision!

I am lactose intolerant and my husband isn’t much into baked goods. The dairy free options are great. Usually, you only get a few options that are inclusive for those with dietary requirements so a menu is often limited in that way. However, Wicked Cookies seems to offer all their cookie flavours in “regular”, gluten free, vegan and dairy free versions. So, you don’t miss out even if there are ingredients that don’t agree with you - you can just select that flavour in the variation that suits your dietary needs. I didn’t see this with any of the other treats-via-mail companies we’ve tried, or at the very least, not with so many flavours offered in all varieties. I definitely was grateful to be able to partake in the yummy treats without being poorly afterwards.

As for my husband, the one who could take or leave a baked good, even he has really enjoyed these cookies. He was the one to say “we need to order from here again” before I had the chance to.

Variety aside, as for the actual products - I give 5 out of 5 easily. Each cookie was gooey, flavoured beautifully and delicious. Not overdone with the toppings. Some places make their treats far too sickly with overstuffing them with extras or using too much sugar in the recipe. We tried a range of their products from the cinnamon sugar cookies to the chocolatey ones to the fruity ones. Each had the perfect amount of fillings, a cookie dough that was seasoned just right to compliment the fillings while also making the biscuit itself taste amazing and cooked so that they were thick, gooey in the middle and nicely browned on the outside. Essentially, the perfect cookie.

We will definitely be ordering from here again and again. I highly recommend. Especially if you like a treat but not something that is extremely sweet like the cookie pies and ultra stuffed cookies I keep getting adverts for on Instagram. We found them all far too sickly. If you like a simple, tasty cookie with plenty of flavours to choose from - even the floral types - then try Wicked Cookies. And at roughly £2.50 per cookie, they are very competitively priced compared to other companies.

Bought a few at Birmingham cathedral, last year and this year, and they are probably the best cookies I've ever had.

There soft and they don't skimp on the chocolate.

Delicious cookies! We have reordered them multiple times and they never disappoint and stay fresh for days! As someone who eats gluten and my partner doesn't, these are the best gluten free /dairy free food I've ever eaten, and you cannot tell they are gf/df.

My girlfriend and I are currently living apart for work reasons and she sent me a box of these cookies as a surprise a little over a week ago, containing a few of the excellent selection of vegan cookies. All of them were delicious with a perfect gooey centre after a quick stint in the oven.
She’s currently visiting for a few days and we’ve just got in and found another box addressed to the two of us. We were both very confused at first but opening the box revealed a lovely message from the team at Wicked cookies and a vegan cookie selection box. We’re blown away by the kindness of this plus the fact they took our dietary choices into consideration when sending it, it really shows that thought went into this and we can’t express how thankful we are for such a kind gesture. Thank you so much to the team for a lovely gift! We’re both very excited to dig in!

My employers ordered a lot of cookies gift boxes to go out to staff, mine ended up at the wrong address (either my employers gave wicked the wrong address, or the delivery service used too down the address wrong). I emailed Wicked cookies to explain the issue, and also to ask what could be done. Sally answered me, she took my correct address and had a my box of cookies baked and delivered within a day and a half of my query being put to them (which was out of hours, so really it was dealt with in 1 working day!).

Brilliant customer service, would recommend wicked cookies for the service alone! The cookies are alright too 😁😂

What can I say about Wicked Cookies!?

Well, to explain my story; I ordered the cookies for some family members that had recently lost a loved one. Unfortunately, I wrote the wrong address. The family who received the cookies kindly sent them to the post office, but they weren't collected.

I contacted Sally at Wicked Cookies and explained my situation. The cookies looked amazing, but it was the words that I had written on the card accompanying them that really counted.

Sally got back to me immediately and let me know they'd happily send out another batch of cookies (and the card) to the new address.

The cookies arrived and the family were absolutely delighted.

I cannot recommend this wonderful, family-run company enough for customer service, understanding and of course, their incredible cookies!

I placed a big order with Wicked for some cookies for my wedding and couldn't have been more pleased with them! Sally was incredibly helpful throughout the entire order, from organising samples at the beginning to making sure the cookies arrived on time. We ordered vegan, GF, nut free cookies and none of the guests had a clue they were vegan! They were all absolutely delicious and Sally is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Discovered Wicked Cookies at Newbury Artisan Market and was overjoyed to find 4 varieties of cookie that were both gluten and dairy free! I purchased 5 for £10 and I have to say that these cookies are delicious and well worth the money! I am delighted to discover that I can order more online- bang goes the diet! I cannot recommend this company enough! Not only do they have a HUGE range of fresh handmade cookies, they also bake gluten free, dairy free and vegan options too!

The website is easy to use and when I needed to change part of my order their customer service was excellent. My delivery was seamless (tracked to the hour). Oh & the cookies...totally amazing. I will be back for more!!!!
