Ordering was easy, though a confirmation email of my order would have been nice. I only learned that my order was processed when I started to get notifications from UPS about the package.

I ordered a product online directly from the company website. The information on the website was helpful and I had already read outside reviews on the product. It was helpful to see the video about the company and how it was created - it gave it a "human feel" rather than some unseen corporate company. The fulfillment of the order was VERY fast and I'm excite to receive my product today in the mail!

Product shipped incredibly quickly and came packaged very well arrived with no damage. We tested it out indoors and our son loved it. Extremely easy to navigate web page. When I had a question, Madison followed up quickly. Madison also texted to get a little more information to ensure we were ordering the correct trailer. Trailer was shipped the same day as order confirmation, and scheduled to arrive within 1 week.

I had a great experience buying a WIKE trailer for my daughter to ride with me. The website had all the information I needed to make a decision between models. Once my order was placed I received several timely emails about the progress of my order. I ordered it on Tuesday and received it that Saturday, 2 days before the original estimated delivery date. It’s a quality, sturdy piece of equipment and it’s ready to use after about 5 minutes of easy assembly. My daughter has tons of space to relax in the trailer and there’s plenty of room for a second child. She thinks the seats are very comfy and the trailer moves so smoothly, especially in stroller mode. I’ll definitely recommend WIKE to anyone asking about trailers that we meet on our adventures.

The customer service I have received has been amazing!! I received an email just double checking the height and weight of the person who will be using the cart to make sure that my order was the best match. I had the choice of emailing a response or calling and speaking to a representative. I chose to call. The representative I spoke to answered right away and was so very friendly and knowledgeable. She said I could call anytime I have questions or concerns! How nice!! It’s so rare to find a company where you can speak with someone!! I am so impressed with WIKE!!

It arrived missing multiple parts, with no instruction manual, and customer service is closed all weekend (which is when we have time to assemble it..) so a little frustrating.

Experience was great order went through easily, got the product fast and the product is top notch, love it.

Quickly responded to my inquiry about the wike i have had since 2011. We love it and use so often, and when we had a broken part they responded and advised what to get to replace. We'd be lost without it as it allows us to hike with my special needs son places we ordinarily wouldn't go. The only thing I wish is if it had balloon tire adapters or something so it could move easier on the beach.
