I’ve been shopping on their website for over 12 years and have always had excellent experiences. Their products, service, and reliability have kept me coming back year after year. It’s a fantastic store. I really hope they aren’t closed for good!

I had very very terrible experience l used to purchase a lot of wigs from them then they ban my account from buying without providing any reason. I emailed them asking what is the reason I am not allowed to buy wigs; no reply they are very rude and arrogant they think they get the best products which are rubbish

Had a horrible experience trying to purchase a wig that looked cute on the model, but when i got it, it looked very fake. I tried to make it look better, but the wig was shedding a lot and I only got a couple wears before it already started tangling up really bad and matting together. I don't recommend getting wigs from here. If you do good luck.

Im just now ordering from them and i ordered my wig on the 18th and got it on the 20th right when i really needed it. It basically came a day before because i was really supposed to get it on the 21st! Literally their shipping is so fast and they dont play with your order. Definitely shopping with them for more.

Changing up my look in minutes has been important to me. The woman who does the videos highlighting what is good and what is not is a godsend. I only wish everyone did this. I always know what I am going to get.

WigTypes policy is unreasonable and will be reporting this extortion of a 20% restocking fee along with shipping and return fees. For a first-time buyer, I will be returning everything this was a big mistake, and sorry for not reading the customer reviews first, buyers beware!!!!!

I purchased a wig from wig type even though I have been buying wigs for them for several years now the wig Arrived at my house used 10 Minutes later I started emailing them They tried to say that it was A UPS problem the wig Boxwas open With hair hanging out the Box The wig was clearly used or had been put on a mannikin And taken off and put in a Box and ship to me They Sent me an email back after I sent them 3 other ones stating I could ship the wig back at my own expense and pay a restocking fee I will never purchase anything else from them I was about to purchase 6 more if this order was straight when it arrived And I've been an influencer with the influenster company for over 15 years I will be posting videos of this on YouTube,TikTok,Facebook,Instagram Add in influenster websit. And I know between all of them I have a total of 8926 followers and that's OK because 90% of them are women So if I can save other women from going through what I'm going through right now I will This happen February 7.2023.

Made continuous orders for 6+ years and during the course, this business shipped various faulty and low quality wigs/extensions. As of recently the company shipped out again a sub-standard item twice. On this occasion a complaint had to be submitted. WigTypes requested that the item be returned at customers expense and that they would apply stocking fee charge, this was them not accepting fault. After a dramatic fuss, they decided to issue a returns label. Furthermore, they didn't initially refund accurate, so an additional request for the full accurate fees had to be requested. They didn't like that, so they began to refuse orders. Wigtypes.com needs to improve its customer service approach or just don't function as a business! It must be a struggling business to treat customers the way it does. WigTypes needs to perform better quality checks of its inventory and stop refusing orders, it's not a solution.

I have written Negative Reviews about terrible wigs then when I check a couple months later the Review has been removed, but other Positive Reviews written Before & After the date I posted a Review is still listed. Therefore, the Reviews on their site can Not be trusted because Honest Negative Reviews are removed. Most women see the Video and Picture then when they get the wig it is Nothing like what was shown and you can Forget getting a Refund.
It seems like they sell a lot of Wigs at a discount because "they didn't meet quality standards" to be sold elsewhere or at higher prices.

They are a decent my only thing is their shipping is to damn expensive $11 other sites is under $10 for shipping. I don't use them unless the other sites don't have the wig I want.

I ordered almost $700 hair from wigtypes.com during the black Friday but they never informed me of the reason they could not complete my order. I waited until today 01 December, 20 only to be notified by PayPal of two separated refunds from this company into my bank accounts.
My wife was waiting on this hair to work. They saw no need to contact me promptly so I could order it from elsewhere. I have not been able to take advantage of the Black Friday due to lack of communications from this company-VERY BAD!!!

I ordered 75 dollars worth of things. I was very hesitant because this is the first time I have used this company. I got everything the next day! I am so happy. From now on I will be getting all of my hair products from here. The prices are excellent and the selection is good. I found everything I needed for my hair and my skin.

This is the only online wig store I use they Are price gouging now so I been using other hair stores.

This happened awhile ago but be cautious. I placed an order as I had always done. For some reason this particular order I paid through PayPal. It was during winter so the weather at that time was worse than usual. I noticed my order was taken longer then usual to arrive so I chalked it up to weather. I checked the status of my order and it said delivered. I live in a apartment and the protocols for packages is they go to the leasing office. Well none of the ladies signed for a package. I notify PayPal and they do an investigation. I contact Wig Types to see if they have any info. Email and phone. Took a few days but once I got someone it seems the package was sent back to the wharehouse and never delivered So when I asked whoever the wig type rep was if they could send it back I'll pay for the shipping and drop the PayPal investigation They said no. So I had to prove to PayPal that I never got my order and they refused to send me my order at my expense they refunded me my money. I figured it probably was the mail carrier mistake and it's done. Some time later when I placed another order a few days passed and I didn't receive a confirmation So I contacted Wig Types. They email me to let me know I could no longer order from their site. So make sure you order with a cc Paypal is cool but the process is annoying but looking back Im glad I did it that way because I did get my 200 back since they refused to send back my order at my expense. They lost a regular customer and my business wasn't valued

I am a forever customer. I have ordered 4 times from here. I received all of my orders 1 to 2 days later. My problem is ordering too much.

I have ordered from them for over 3 years. EVERY Single time has been a seamless and amazing process. They are super Reliable. I get my packages in 2 Business Days Every Time. If you order on Weekdays before 5:00 pm (eastern time I believe) they ship your package that same day. I can't speak on their Customer Service because I've NEVER had a reason to speak with them. I know trying new websites can be scary but these guys are 100% Awesome and Legit. Love Them.
