Beautifully packaged clothing, really quick delivery and excellent selection of clothing. I use this site to buy Sissel edelbo (who are really hard to buy in the uk), I am on my third dress through wild swans and check the website all the time for new dresses to come on! I think they also spray the clothes with perfume as they always smell beautiful. I will continue to shop here for the foreseeable!

I had a great experience shopping online with this shop. I bought some makeup on 14 December and it arrived on 17th. Everything was very nicely packed with personal message attached. I’ll be shopping with them again.

I went to their shop in Islington Square and I must say this is the WORST consumer journey I’ve ever had.
Staff is useless and the lady there clearly had no experience and no clue about the assortment (I asked for a pair of sandals in black, she told me they only stocked it in one colour, I then found the pair in black a few metres further).

Big disappointment comes now - I finally bought a pair of shoes (not based on their advice) and in the evening, I checked the shoe brand website as I was curious to know more about the designer and discovered that the brand sells the same pair of shoes for £50 LESS!!! This store is a TOTAL RIP OFF. I appreciate they need to add a margin to absorb retail costs but in this case, it simply means they sell the item +50% more expensive than on the brand website.
You are better off buying the items from the designer brands directly, rather than wasting your time and your money in this shop, where there is zero added value and not even service. Oh, and of course they don’t do store refunds… Dreadful.

Don’t use this store, go to the brands directly is my advice. I was gifted a voucher for Christmas which I went in to use, I ended up spending way more than the voucher - they do stock nice pieces. The service is abysmal, incredibly rude staff and my experience - having tripped over a wire pulled tight at ankle length (as they were cleaning at midday when the shop was open) and then insulted by the staff member who witnessed my accident, was frankly, shocking. I reached out to the management of the store straight after my departure, I’m still waiting to get a response 48 hours later. It’s honestly a terribly run shop and given the price tags of the items they sell, it’s shocking, the service level they offer.

I contacted them about an order placed in my name which I had not made, they confirmed the order number had been fulfilled, I have been unable to get further information, now I'm back in UK I can see my account has been hacked in some way but still not able to get support, the order is for £300 .... very poor service

I didn't like my experience with Wild Swans, customer service is atrocious.
I purchased a very expensive designer bracelet that looked beautiful but hurt when I wore it. It actually marked my wrist and it was very hard to put the bracelet on so I had to return it. The first issue I have with this company is that it cost almost £10 for postage and taxes, if I'm paying this much you would expect first class.. the returns form is complicated you don't get much room to write on it so you can't be as descriptive as you'd like. Secondly,Wild Swans makes customers pay for their own postage to return items no matter if they are faulty or even if you don't like the item. I returned my item but only partially refunded. I went back and fourth with the company who are incredible rude and patronising. They told me that I didn't specify why I wanted to return my item( blame the returns form) anyway, I paid via klarna and because I was only Partially refunded by wild swans, it messed up my return with klarna. I had to go back and fourth with both companies which is incredibly draining. Based off of the experience I've received I wouldn't recommend this company.. of course they've Made excuses and blamed their ''small buisness'' as to why they can't afford to lower their postage.. I don't think it's reason enough..

I bought 2 dresses for my wife. The service was superb. Wild Swans were very attentive and professional when my wife wanted to exchange one. The delivery was speedy and easy.
My wife loves Wild Swans and so do her friends. Now i understand why.. I highly recommend them. A beautiful place to shop. The shops are stunning,

Superfast delivery! They have 10% off the first purchase. This was really great. Also a note in the package with a handwritten signature. Very nice touch.

I will definitely order from here again. Very reliable company.
