Accidentally didn’t apply a code at checkouts. Called them the minute they opened and no they wouldn’t cancel the order.

Hi Jessica,
We’re disappointed to read your review, as it does not accurately reflect what occurred.
Your cancellation request was received outside of our operating hours. When our team commenced work the following morning, we made an immediate attempt to stop the order prior to opening. However, our warehouse processes orders very quickly and it had already progressed beyond the point where it could be intercepted. We advised you of this before opening hours in response to the multiple emails you sent on Sunday.
You then called approximately 30 minutes after we opened, not the minute we opened, and our team member calmly reiterated the same information. Unfortunately, she was subjected to several minutes of yelling and threats of self-harm during that call. This conduct is entirely inappropriate and unfair to our support staff, who are simply carrying out their roles within the constraints of our systems.
In relation to the discount code, the issue was connected to Afterpay’s processing rather than our checkout system. This could have been resolved directly with Afterpay without directing frustration toward our team.
We understand that checkout errors can be frustrating. However, we expect all communication with our staff to remain respectful.
Due to this incident, we will be discontinuing service moving forward. We genuinely hope things improve for you.

Easy and convenient experience
The discreet packaging and fast delivery was good, I found it easy to shop online and get a discount code as well. My free sample was not in my package but I couldn't be bothered to follow up on it so that's all good. Would probably shop here again.

This little thing works magic
This little thing works magic. I bought it thinking it would be just a normal console, but it’s actually magical. When you glide it over your body, it feels like a perfect match -super soft and with just a little pressure, you’re in heaven. This is my second toy from Vush and I’m obsessed. It’s also very compact and silent, plus it has 10 settings (the second and third are divine)

RESTRAINING MY PARTNER
My partner &I broke up after 4 years.
Iwas exploring my kinky side on the site & decided to purchase restraints. They arrived with a few other goodies. Then 6 weeks later my partner & I rekindled & are back living together. She’s now been restrained to the bed for 3 weeks . She’s not leaving again 😜🤣
