Thorough and everything was clearly explained.

The optician explained:
1) what each test entailed
2) why it was necessary, and
3) what information she would obtain about my eye problems.
She was very reassuring about the results, and was happy to discuss all my questions and even address future concerns.

Jack was very professional and conducted a detailed examintation. With excellent inter-personal skills.

The appointment was with a lovely girl that I have never had who had some chat and explained everything well for me as we went through the test. Faultless! Also no hard sell on new glasses given prescription hasn't changed dramatically and not a desperate need for them - also I explained I will be getting elsewhere as in the past.
