Will Store Bewertungen

From our initial enquiry to 4 months later moving everything out, Will Store have been outstanding. Olivia and Ian have been helpful, friendly and reassuring. Moving house contents in and then needing more space on the day, additional storage being found for us and nothing being too much trouble. Units are dry, clean and safe and accessible. Would definitely recommend Will Store and use them again if we ever needed to. Thank you.

I used will store for a house move at short notice. Brilliant service from Olivia. Very honest and transparent and an understanding of changing circumstances. The storage facilities are first class with easy access good units and all the moving trolleys you will need. Very competitive prices as well. Many thanks, Ryan.

We stored our sofas, furniture and most of our house contents here for almost a year. Everything was clean, dry, no smells and in the same condition which we stored it, so we were very pleased. It is a friendly family run business, very helpful and professional. Safe and secure. We would highly recommend.
Also good level access with lift to upper level , level parking near unit entrance and plenty of wheeled trolleys to help customers move their belongings.

Olivia was a superstar, helping to solve our storage problem last minute!! Really easy to use and the site itself is always clean and tidy pluss the extra carts and cages there were a god send moving everything about!

Always kept updated with site access changes or bad weather updates. Would definitely recommend.

Needed to use Will Store to temporarily store a shed full of belongings during a house move and whilst a new shed was built. However, due to complications (with the new shed), this ended up being a longer term storage solution than initially intended. Will Store were extremely accommodating throughout.

Very reasonably priced and with fantastic access hours. Having enquired with other storage units, I found competitors to have less-favourable access hours and to be slightly more expensive. Any changes to access hours are always well communicated in advance with reminders sent closer to the time.

If I need to use a storage facility again in the future, I will go straight to Will Store.

Easy to deal with, paper work all straight forward, access is easy

We got a storage container to put household items in whilst we sold our house and bought our new one.

Staff were really helpful. Information was clear about when we could access and what we needed to do.

I stored some household items for about a year to cover moving house and the service was excellent from start to finish making a potentially stressful task as smooth and simple as possible.
The facilities are safe, secure, clean and dry and the access is very simple.
The staff are very helpful and I would recommend Willstore strongly.

We have been Will Store customers for many years and have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly.
The site is secure and at a convenient location. We would recommend Will Store without hesitation.

The company is brilliant. Great practical support, clear and easy process, nothing is too much in terms of queries or questions. Really friendly staff who are quick to respond and do what they can to help. The storage is a good price and I’m fully confident that my storage unit and belongings are safe.

I would definitely recommend this great place!

Highly recommend Will Store. From our initial enquiry to moving our house contents into their storage unit has been a smooth transition. Olivia and team have given excellent customer service. The units are clean, secure and the access is fully explained. Would definitely use Will Store again.

Friendly helpful staff so accommodating

We needed space to leave items whilst we were refurbishing house & garage. We looked at a couple of places prior to choosing Will Store. The team were very helpful in terms of showing us around the site & explaining how to access the property, use the lift etc). There are a range of different sized rooms so they should be able to cater to most storage needs.

We were impressed with the security (electric gates to site & electric gates to the store & padlocks to storage room) as well as the cleanliness of the site/storage rooms.

Communication has always been excellent & pricing reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again should we need storage & would recommend them highly.

Highly recommend this local company, they were an absolute god send to us when we needed to store our things during major house renovations. Safe, secure and easy to access at convenient times.

A really convenient well appointed facility run by helpful friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff, very helpful nothing is to much trouble.

Great service would highly reccomend for any of your storage needs.

Excellent service, very informative and keeps you updated at all times.

Stored furniture here for nearly 2years, service brilliant, helpful with everything we’ve needed.
