Great support and quickly answered my question regarding a recent purchase.

Kerbi and Daniel did a great job handling our vanity for pick up at Willow's warehouse off McFarland Rd. They moved the box with skill and care to the dock. Once there, they expertly unpacked the unit for not only our inspection but also their own. They went over the unit with a fine-toothed comb, looking for any imperfections in assembly or caused in transport. They opened each of the subassembly boxes to check the quality and condition of the sink and countertop. They were especially critical of the stone top's edges. Once they and we were satisfied that all the parts were good, they repackaged them, gently loaded them into our truck, and then helped me tie it all down for a safe ride home. Remodel jobs are always difficult, but it was refreshing to see that getting the vanity went so smoothly.

Willow bath and vanity has been great to work with. This is my second vanity from them. It’s a beautiful piece and makes the whole bathroom. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH! They helped replace a sink 6 months after my purchase. Any of the box stores would have said I missed the window, but WBV didn’t hesitate! If I ever do another bathroom I will 100% use them again.

Trust pilot on the other hand gets 2 thumbs down! Second time trying to post because after sending a copy of my receipt and other things to prove I am a real customer trust pilot still deemed it not real.

The delivery crew was very thorough and took great care. Would highly recommend!

The cabinet we ordered was beautiful and was delivered to us in a timely manner. The delivery personnel (Ilya and Victor) were both very polite and professional. They took the time to help us thoroughly inspect everything and then secured it all again in the protective packaging before having us sign for the delivery.

Olya was so helpful In picking our new powder room vanity. She had a lot of good suggestions and made the possess very easy.

We came in on Saturday and the showroom had a fair amount of people in it but we found someone to help us very quickly and the staff the very knowledgeable. The selection was excellent, the vanities are solid wood (mostly teak) and beautifully crafted. You get to choose your own stain color and custom quartz top. Plus, we found one that was on sale and fit the budget! Great experience, highly recommend.
