They say that the true picture of a company is how they handle things when something goes wrong. In my case, despite fantastic service from Willow Bay, there was an issue with the supplier from whom we ordered garden furniture. Willow Bay were in no way at fault and Bruce and his team did their very best to resolve the issue swiftly. I would not hesitate to order from him again- in fact I hope they have a store to go look around because we are only down the road! Excellent, friendly customer service throughout. Highly recommend.

The paper lantern Lampshades 33-003 are great excellent quality Bruce and Sarah are a Amazing they were so kind and helped best patients and full comprehended and my Autism as well amazing people I would recommend willow bay the best experience

I ordered a parasol base from Willow Bay. Excellent communication and the parasol base arrived before scheduled. Fabulous value for money and pukka aftercare service. We ordered a Churnet Valley Garden Swing seat and due to CV-19 there were some delays and concerns re handling in delivery. Bruce intervened and made sure the product was delivered in time for the Bank Holiday Weekend and even personally came along to assist offloading ... certainly went the extra mile.

Also a competitively priced, solid piece of garden furniture and icing on the cake Made in England!

I ordered lamps on a pre-order in September, and they were not available from the supplier until late November, (originally expected in October). This was unfortunate, but consider that Willow Bay was in contact with me whenever there were delays, and dealt promptly with my enquiries. I love the lamps! I was waiting for other pieces for similar reasons from other companies, so my redecorating of the lounge a bit delayed, but so happy with them now - they are exactly right for the room. There was a small manufacturing error with one bit of one of the two lamps, but a replacement was sent by the manufacturer. Yes, delays, but it was a pre-order with an open date, and I was in all cases kept informed. Compare this with another supplier of bespoke curtains, where there were no communications, and they delivered an inferior product for a superior price. I appreciate that I was kept informed of delays, and the only real complaint I had was dealt with immediately, and there was follow up - would happily buy from Willow Bay again.

Late delivery, no updates on delivery, no time slots or upfront call from the delivery company. I had to wait all day at home for a delivery that in the end was not even delivered. Will never order from them again irrespective of what quality the product is. There are companies out there selling the same items who are prepared to invest in contracting decent shipping companies, e.g. DPD.
