My husband has been out of work for a while and just got a new job. During that stressful time, willow pays has been such a huge blessing. Although I dislike the weekly repayments since I get paid every 2 weeks, it still has lightened the load.

Payments schedule issues
every two weeks for payments kind of negates the whole idea. I get paid twice a month; often 3 payments come out during one pay cycle. Why not twice or once a month?

Willow is a great service
Willow is a great service, especially because it allows you to divide a bill into four manageable payments. This can be extremely helpful when trying to manage monthly expenses.
However, one area that could use improvement is the bill verification process. There have been times when I submitted a bill that was clear, legible, and downloaded directly from the bill provider’s website, yet Willow was unable to properly read or verify it. This resulted in the bill being rejected and not paid, which can be frustrating.
Another concern is the amount of time it sometimes takes for a bill to actually be processed and paid. Overall, Willow provides a very helpful service, but improving the bill verification process and speeding up payment processing would make the experience much more reliable and convenient.
