Received an email straight away regarding the wallet, and where I would like everything positioned. David was very quick and put me at ease. The wallet came in perfect condition and I'm loving it

Very responsive and Quick!
I am very grateful to David’s quick response to my email by sorting out my issue immediately. I had given the wrong delivery address and was worried on how to change it as on the webpage you dont really have any options, so I emailed them directly. I received the wallet and it’s beautiful it might be a little to big for my taste but the receiver loved it and thats all it counts, definitely worth getting it if you want to get it for someone special with a personalised message! Thank you!

My partner loves his new wallet & thought the personalisation was very thoughtful. Only 4 stars as there seems to be a little fraying on the edge of the strap. Delivered on time.
