The team at Wilson Knoxfield provided great service and strong communication to assist my move and storage cage requirements. They happily showed me the facility and explained the operation of lifts and access clearly. The use of their van and truck for moving purposes was also very handy. Well done team!

Selecting a storage size was made easy by the staff. Brendan was considerate and personable. He was thorough in his explanation of the terms and conditions, and tour of the facility and my storage area.

What really sticks out is how clean and professional the office and staff feel. It doesn't feel like dodgy brothers, and feels safe.

Storage unit was fine, fit for purpose. But cost of rental went up, one of the lifts then broke down and hadnt been fixed for weeks, still broken when I vacated the unit, leaving one working lift for the entire site.

Extremely helpful staff - gave all information and more at time of sign up without taking time nor rushing.
It gives a feeling of trust being transparent and so genuinely helpful.

From the first enquiry to Wilson storage I had a positive experience. Sharlene called tried calling me first thing but I missed her call. When I rang back Brendon couldn't have been more helpful.

The storage locker is a good size very clean and secure, in a good location easy to access, the staff were very heloful everytime I called and on arrival.

Good access, but quite frankly getting too expensive.
For a reasonably small space it was almost like paying a mortgage. We would have kept the storage unit for longer but really not good value for money anymore.
