I had such a great experience with Wimpole Pharmacy as a first time costumer. I needed to get an order sorted last minute and they went above and beyond to help. They were so responsive and incredibly helpful over WhatsApp. It’s such a relief to find a pharmacy that genuinely cares and will do everything they can to help, right up until closing time. On top of that, their prices are excellent and the option for collection makes everything so convenient. I honestly won’t use another pharmacy again; highly recommend!

We were informed on the website our package would be received within 2 days of the order. It was placed on the 26th, so two delivery days were the 27th and 28th. Saturdays are delivery working days, as are Sundays. We actually received the package on Friday 3rd. Excluding New Year’s Day this delivery took 7 days to deliver. The package was also received damaged, however on inspection none of the products contained inside were compromised.

I have been placing orders from this pharmacy for the past few months now and they are always very quick to process and if any help is needed they are always on hand to help, staff are very friendly and professional too. Wouldnt shop anywhere else for my products now, very happy with service.

Wimpole Pharmacy is hands down one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. Their purchasing process is a nightmare—there’s always some problem or complication that makes it nearly impossible to buy anything. On top of that, their customer service is abysmal, offering little to no help when issues arise. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this place. If you’re looking to waste your time, then go ahead and give it a try. Truly disappointing!

This is a Scam! They charged me $780 and never sent the product. Tried to get in touch with no success. I had to file a claim through my bank.

I have been going into Wimpole Pharmacy for the past 3 years now & will not go to anyone but them. The staff are so lovely & welcoming they will go that extra mile for you. I have never had an issue with their products or delivery’s.

Online order made 7/16/24, the shipment never get updated after 8/25/24. I tried to communicate with the support team to resolve the issue, not responded. Totally fraud. Have called credit card company to cancel the transaction.
