I cannot tell you how much i love this company. I am tangentially in the wine business, as a branding/creative director and have worked with many producers from around the world to help them navigate this crowded space.
Wine Access is my personal go to for my own cellar. Over many years, i have not only discovered beautiful wines i would otherwise NEVER even have heard of, but as importantly, i have discovered a community of people who share my passion. I have called for a simple question and ended up on the phone for an hour talking with people who are so knowledgeable and share my love of all things wine--from the soil it was grown in to the integrity of the shipping to the mouthfeel.
Everyone has been so kind, funny, interesting, supportive to me over the years--replacing a bottle I SAID was corked without a question--grabbing the last bottle of a chardonnay i won't mention here because its hard enough to snag--always personal, always generous.
One drawback....i have fallen in love with a few incredible finds that often are no longer ACCESSible..but not to worry--there is always MORE where they came from.

I have been ordering wines from Wine Access for about 10 years. They offer some excellent wines at very good prices and also reward customers with credit to use when making a purchase. They ship on time and items arrive in excellent condition. This is a five star company.

WA offers interesting wines from around the world at very good prices. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the experiences really positive.

When FedEx didn’t handle my shipment properly, the customer care team remedied the issue within the hour. They immediately sent a replacement shipment while waiting for the claim with FedEx to process. Superb customer service!

This was my first time ordering from Wine Access and I had questions. I found Support to be timely, friendly and helpful. My shipment was adjusted and it arrived when committed. Also, I was delighted to see the information cards provided with the bottles. It uplifted the experience and allows me to "learn" more as I discover these new choices. Nice touch!

Very reasonable prices for wine and a good selection of bottles difficult, if not impossible, to obtain elsewhere. Have been a very satisfied customer for five years and rarely had a need to contact customer service. But the few times that I have, they replied very promptly and courteously and always resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction.

I've been a happy customer for over 10 years. On the rare occasions I need support, it has always been prompt and professional. Which is getting rare these days. I just asked to modify an open order which was handled right away. Much appreciated.

I had a mix-up with my order and that of my son because we have the same last name. I called and m problem was fixed immediately. They are great not to motion the delicious wines.

Wine access has a nice selection of wines but what stands out, way above the pack, is their stellar customer service. They are incredibly responsive, kind, understanding and work on making things right when there is a problem/issue. In addition, they changed their shipping policy a year or 2 ago to make it easier to qualify for free shipping which, for me, is huge as well.

Always responsive. This company truly cares about its customers.

I've been q member for 10÷ years and their customer service is stellar. It's like the Costco of wine sales. I haven't had many issues over the years but when I have there's never been a problem without a solution.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I am so in love with this brand. I have never had a bad experience and rather, I would shout from the rooftops that this is such a great company. The presentation when you get your package makes you feel like royalty, and in case you don't like one of your choices, they work hard to make it right. Both Nikki and Rosie went above and beyond to continue the great service I have always know at Wine Access.

I have been buying Wine from Wine Access since they first started with a handful of good value wines. They have since grown to offer a full spectrum of low priced value to high end premium global wines. Prices are always competitive and the wine gets delivered directly to your door with no shipping costs! Customer Service has been great the handful of times I have used them and the few times I asked for a refund they were very accommodating. I highly recommend WA and have turned on several family members and friends to WA. Enjoy!
