Purchased a package using crypto since its the only option here and its been almost an hour an still nothing. The payment has been taken out of my account, the transaction has been confirmed multiple times but still nothing on the website. If my money ever hits i will update this review but so far its not looking too good seeing how there is no live chat or support anywhere.

They have a good selection of games, still concerned but will try them out more
I’m not giving this a 1-star yet, but based on my experience I can’t recommend it. There’s no live support, and after emailing I still hadn’t received a response after 2+ hours.
The biggest concern is verification. Even though this casino is crypto-only, they requested ID and a utility bill (fine) and a bank statement and credit card details, which felt unnecessary and risky for a platform that doesn’t accept cards. I also did not see them using a well-known third-party verification provider; it appears the documents go directly to the casino and its employees.
Finally, there’s no automated self-exclusion or “take a break” option inside the account. You have to email them to request it.
If you value responsive support, privacy, and responsible gaming tools, proceed with extreme caution.

Just to clarify, you don’t need to provide any bank statements or credit card information at all. Those are not required.
The only compulsory documents are:
• A valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport)
• A proof of address document
These are standard verification requirements and are handled securely. Nothing related to your crypto purchases, banking details, or transaction history is needed.
They also updated their redemption page to make this matter clear. Due to them responding in a positive manner and addressing my issue and providing a fix to the site in a timely matter I have bumped them up to a 4. Hopefully I can push them up to a 5, but given they require up to 48hours for redemption it will probably keep them from a 5
