Awful communication regarding withdrawals. Slow verification process & feel ignored. I understand completely verification checks are important, however I have been chasing up my withdrawal for weeks now with poor communication, and hear nothing for days on end. Hopefully I will be able to update this review with an outcome soon - but currently I am left feeling completely ignored with no clear understanding of what is going on whatesoever.

I won over £2,000 in winnings. I tried to withdraw my funds and I ended up jumping through loops when providing ID. I gave them my driving lience, Bank statements, proof of address ect.
