Still not received my withdrawal. They just close livechat on you before you can even type anything. Must of tried over 10 times and in one of the attempts they credited my account with £50 then closed the chat before i could say anything. Very strange website. They rob your money and refuse to pay out. Do not deposit and play at this site or any others that they operate. Do your research before giving these scam artists your money.

Scam and spam casino - do not trust these guys with your data; if you make the mistake of giving them your email or mobile number you will never stop getting SMS and email marketing no matter how many times you ask them to stop.

Total scum bags; anyone working there should be ashamed of themselves.

This site is terrible.
I have had issues in the last with gambling and I have asked many many many times to close my account down. They ignore every single email.

What's more the "bonuses" they give you are a ridiculous wager which is just not worth it at all.

I would advise staying well clear from these cowboys

Customer services so bad I wish I never played this site they say 7 to 31 days I know it had only been 2 but I am concerned by the reviews they take ur money in seconds and then say thru have to do checks how can these people work for this site knowing they scam people how do they sleep at night I’m going to report them to gaming commission like someone else suggested and thru don’t even respond to these reviews I will review back in a few day, today I messaged as my email had come back undeliverable, when I asked why taylor why this was told me that I have to wait 7 to 21 days for my winnings when I said what has that got to do with my question and that i was screen shotting every message, he told me that if i abused him again he would block me I advise i had not abused him and he asked me if there was anything else and still didn't answer my question, how do these people sleep at night

Dreadful at paying out. Have chased every day - I doubt I will get my winnings. 9th Jan. Ah, new guy today - Dan - shame its the same old story. Will be back again tomorrow for the next lies!! Just veen cut off again - this time by Johnnie!! Am now going to report to the Gambling Commission to get them shut down. Will update tomorrow. Update - new name - Mike- they must have so many employees!! No news - will contact tomorrow. Ah, met Drake today but he cut me off without discussing my withdrawal. Again stealing and scamming and misleading. Deposit was made almost a week ago rude agents asking you to be patient and you will get a email. Nothing happens and will not happen

Deposit over 300 and took no bonus. I withdraw 350 and beem waiting now over 3 months !!! Quick enough to take money but won't pat out. Same excuse every week... also there contact email address does not exist. Stay well clear

It’s a bloody disgraceful site reaping people of their monies.Turnaround times for withdrawals takes forever and yet deposits are really fast but still wont allow you to do another withdrawal whilst one is still pending. customer service is really terrible as the agents cut your during your live chat and all of them say the same thing over and over. Please avoid

Very bad, I've been waiting for my money for over three months. But there are more like it that all belong to the same group! I just say think carefully before opening an account on these sites from the same group, you'll see right away that everything is the same on the site, the same formats, the same live chat agents, only the name changes. I'm waiting for over €2000 from 4 sites from the same group, be very careful

Would give a -10 star if I can! Deposited £1000 and because of their game issue I lost £225 so I had to withdrawal £775 and the next day they returned £225 but blocked my account and said risk team is checking. I talked to the support online and they kept closing my chat before my question was sent, and they are just so rude! I didn’t play any game and because of their issue I had to withdraw my own money and they just blocked my account for checks, what the hell are you checking? I didn’t play anything! Worst casino in the world! A failing business really, it will be shutting down soon I believe if they continue doing business like this and upsetting their customers!

Firstly, I found this website via the Stake app via the App Store, I was redirected to this website, it looked good, I gave it a go.

I requested a withdrawal in September 2023. Winnings were via a deposit I made myself and used on sports betting / casino. Total withdrawal was £500.

It has been 8 months since, my withdrawal has been cancelled twice, first reason was apparently for security reasons, second time was the exact same thing.

I have spoken to support probably 25 times to try to resolve, given them plenty of chances to solve this before I write a review, each time I have either been ignored, given a generic response about withdrawal times or (the most common option) told they would escalate it to the payments team to get it processed.

The withdrawal still hasn’t been processed, it has been showing as pending for probably 3-4 months since the last ‘cancellation’, support will not help me.

The website is a scam, they will take your money, they may even pay a small withdrawal if they think they can get more money out of you. But if you are a profitable player and don’t feed them more and more money after winning, they will never pay your withdrawal.

They do not have a license, their games are more than likely rigged as they are not officially licensed

Winnercasino, I will give you a chance to make this right, pay the withdrawal, I will change this review accordingly to show the withdrawal was made

Seems like a scam - TBH i have received £130.50 from them from a deposit of £100, then deposited £500, got that to £599 which i am now waiting for, without much hope. The original website is now gone, the secondary website found on here (winnercasinoapi.bet) is operational….. Although the sports betting option has now disappeared. Under further investigation, they also run winnercasino2.bet which, at the time of writing, appears fully operational, including sports betting. Thats at least FOUR separate websites for the same casino, which seems dodgy as hell.

I have to re-iterate, i have received the only withdrawal i have tried to make thus far, will update with the outcome of the second, larger one.

This is a follow on from my recent review.

I have now received my winnings and in the interest of being fair- I have to admit, I simply was being impatient, and the fault was mine.

As stated in previous review - I have always received my winnings from this site. I panicked this time because I actually beat the wagering requirements for once and was excited - I guess it just took longer to process this time.

I'm not quite sure why the game I played wasn't quite the same as other versions but I still got a good amount of scatters.

This a truthful review of my experience and I also apologised to the casino for being impatient.

No issues now.
