Fantastic website and offers exactly what it states.
Withdrawals may be slightly slower than other sites, which I had my doubts about but every withdrawal has been processed the next day without fail so although they may not be done in a couple
of hours, you can guarantee they will be done asap.
Maybe could do with one or two more game providers but it does look like they are working on that which is great.
If you’re lucky enough to build up your vip status then you unlock even greater rewards and I have to say my account manager Jane has been fabulous in helping me out with all my queries so far.

Had some issues and reviewed this site and closed my account. Had a response which was lovely. All my issues were resolved and taken care of really professionally. Just 2 of the games still wouldn't load but all the others were fixed so not to bothered about the other 2 games. I've since closed my account as saving for a cruise. UKGC has recently introduced new requirements for casinos, whereby we are now required to ascertain the beneficiary for all transactions we send out. As a result, every time a new cashout payment method is added by the players, we need to collect and validate their documents prior to executing the transaction, which takes no more than 2 business days. I joined this site just under a week ago. Firstly tried to withdraw and was asked to verify account documents sent and still waiting for withdraw 4 days on. Tried accessing chat but no one picks it up. Look on Google and it states winomania is online from 6am this is not the case. I really dont understand all these negative reviews I joined on Sunday 23rdjuly 2023 won a fair amount of money which is luck as all casinos are I uploaded my documents made a withdrawal the same day and was paid today 25th july. I used PayPal as payment. the chat was friendly as I read all these horrible reviews so I panicked. The documents take up to 2 days to review but they do send you a email when you join explaining you to do this so it wasn't a surprise that you have to do it. A fun casino and received my winnings quickly
In the past month or so, I've really enjoyed playing at Winomania. There's a decent variety of games, RTP is good and I'm super happy that I won.
Yes, docs verification takes a while (2 days), especially over the weekend period. Support assured me it's done once only per payment method, hope that's the case and will update my review, if I win again (fingers crossed!). Other than that, it was smooth and got my winnings quickly afterwards.

I normally really enjoy WINOMANIA
I normally really enjoy WINOMANIA, but recently they keep having “error code 211” pop up and terminate game play consistently. It’s really annoying and apparently a technical error, it’s just one that isn’t being very well dealt with as it’s been happening for a good few weeks now. Also I withdrew at approx 2am Friday morning, and my withdrawal still hasn’t been processed, and according to the live chat, they don’t process withdrawals on a weekend at all? Very strange as the back log on a Monday must be pretty big?! Unbelievable!!!! I've never seen this happen before on the 10s and 10s of sites I've gambled on I won £62 on fishing pots of gold in a bonus round and it never credited it to my balance!!
