My elderly parents needed an improved bathroom to make their life easier. Alex and Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. My parents were delighted with the work and the fitter did the work on time and was very personable. Would definitely recommend.

This Company is a waste of time. Tom came out to measure the bathroom and I explained what I’d like and asked for a ball park figure. My husband and I both heard him say around £4-6k. This was around the price we had already been quoted for a very small bathroom. He said the work would take two weeks to complete! I thought that was a bit long. Tom went on holiday the next day and said his colleague would send the quote by email the next day. Three times I rang him and sent an email and it took a week for the quote to come through. The quote was £10.5k!!!! What a waste of my time. Imagine paying £10.5k and being without a bathroom for two weeks!!

Moved house and needed a new shower fitting. Tom came out and sorted it quickly. Very happy with the work and will be using them again in the near future.

Sorted out a dripping tap by fitting new caridges. Job was done quickly and effectively and with a friendly manner. Would definitely recommend.

Wirral Bathrooms came to my rescue last weekend when I found water pouring through my kitchen ceiling from a broken waste pipe under the bath upstairs. Tom came round within the hour and fixed it temporarily , and came back today to fit a nice new pipe and plug unit and to check everything was OK. A good job for a reasonable price!

Tom responded very quickly and solved the problem completely and efficiently. Would have no hesitation in recommending Wirral bathrooms

Excellent service from start to finish. Advice and initial visit were very helpful in helping to visualise re design and the whole team were patient and very professional. Jamie fitted the bathroom and and his colleagues were amazing and were supportive, very professional and extremely diligent. Great experience. Contacted Wirral Bathrooms last week in a bit of a panic when a shower enclosure door fell off and smashed into a thousand pieces. We needed it replacing quickly as we had guests staying for a family funeral. Tom called in to have a look, ordered a replacement and Alex from the office called to say it would be fitted on Monday afternoon. Sure enough, Monday afternoon arrived and Tom turned up to replace the whole enclosure in less than 2 hours. Really helpful, friendly service, very accommodating and reasonably priced. Thanks so much.
