The appliction process is very strict and time lagged, despite "same day approval " slogan. Ive called multiple times for help on various issues and company policy made it difficult to come to any logical solution.

2 days ago, we had confirmation of upcoming payment to the dealership and no email has arrived confirming remittance. No communication has been passed on at all. The dealership cannot release my vehicle until these comms are given.

This has been a frustrating process and seems catered to brokers only, and not regular customers.

I wish I could leave a 0 star. Just got fiance with you. So hard to deal with. Weird hours, no one ever available.

Wisr made it possible to purchase a new vehicle. I have owned a few cars in my life time but never brand new, first owner and everything else that comes with a new car. Thank Wisr for making it possible.
