Ordered a watch strap, it says will ship out in 24 hours. A month later it still hasn’t shipped and there is no communication at all about a $142 order. Stay away!!

P.S. yes they partially refunded the order. There’s $45.25 outstanding, and the item not shipped after ordering over a month ago. So as I said, caveat emptor.

Outstanding quality and a perfect fit for my Santos Cartier. I was ready to order more colors, but most were sold out o the website. looking forward to a restock.

I've had several straps over a couple of years from WIS, and I've been impressed with the quality, service and speed of delivery each and every time. I'd certainly be happy to offer from them again in the future.

Received my red rubber strap for my Panerai. I walked into my local jewelry watch shop and immediately got noticed by the manager and salesman. “When do you get a Panerai!!???” I’ve had it for at least two years and it never got noticed until the red popped out! I love the change in color from the normal black. Love your product. Thank you for the great quality.

Overall they have a great selection of straps and the quality is on point. Totally VFM. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a strap and want genuine quality.

Well made comfortable rubber straps. Its been almost 3 years and I still wear mine and they still look brand new. Great quality and the brand continues to innovate with new materials, designs in all lug widths. Cant beat WIS.

Had an issue with a strap for a Cartier Santos and was offered a replacement strap immediately and without question. Mitchell was great and really appreciated the great customer service from WIS which is lacking from many others nowadays. Will definitely come back to WIS again for any further purchases.

The rubber straps are comfortable and hold up well. They feel smooth and not too long.

I do like this design and wish it came in more colors even though the color is way more muted than pictures show. Straps arrived quickly and seem decent quality. Fit is annoyingly tight compared to my other FKM straps, and the buckle and holes are obnoxiously big in relation to the strap.

Have only had great experiences with WIS straps.

I am very happy with all my WIS straps. Their customer service is also both polite and responsive. No complaints at all.

I purchased a strap, and unfortunately, it did not fit my wrist. After a few emails, I received a postage prepaid label, and my card was credited back.

I looked and fit great on my 216570, and the color was purfect to bad I could not keep it.
