I was initially approved for a loan
I was initially approved for a loan, but apparently there was an issue with my bank account that was never communicated to me. I had to call today just to find out what was going on. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. Had I not called, I would have been left completely unaware of the issue. Because of this experience, I decided to cancel the loan altogether. Better communication and transparency would have made a big difference.
