Item ordered was different to the one advertised through Facebook. I paid over £30 for a handful of drinking straws and ping pong balls with holes in, as opposed to sturdy mental poles with lights as per the video. Very poor

If I could give 0 stars I would, do not buy from this falsely advertising company. I bought the fairy wings because on Facebook they look incredible. I waited two weeks for my ‘delivery in 5 days’ with zero acknowledgement on email or via facebook to my questions as to where my order is. Finally received today, and the product is truly awful. Really cheap rubbish, I’m appalled this company continues to ‘trade’.

Glow fort ordered, arrived and could see straight away it was nothing like in the facebook video at all. Do not buy flimsy straws that are no bigger than a ruler. This company should be disolved.

Do not waste your money
My den turned up in a box which was damaged. 2 weeks after I ordered it. Not 5 days as advertised. It is nothing like the video. It is so flimsy and the poles were more like straws. I am going to attempt to return. Do not buy this item. Waste of money

I bought 2 of there moving wing toys for the kids,the delivery took 10 days that was slow but OK.
When I got them the boxes are damaged and cover in dirty oil /grease totally disgusting.
My main complaint is NO REPLY from the email only contact details
