Goods were well packaged and delivered safely.
Only gripe was that Royal Mail initially gave a very large delivery slot which we planned the day round then changed it without an explanation or apology.

Great choice and quick delivery
Delivery was quick. The only place I have managed to find that sells the particular old brand of cherry vodka that my family love.
I also spotted pear flavour vodka (a 1st for me) and it's delicious!

Great experience
Wodka Co. had available the one mead I've been looking for for the past year. Usually I have to bring a bottle or two from Poland. This time I was very glad to have found it available in UK, and at a decent price at that. As promised, I received the order within 5 business days. Amazing experience

Poor customer service
Ordered two bottles of vodka for a friends birthday, and was sent the wrong flavour. Emailed in and asked for the correct products, and was told that I’d need to return the wrong products - so now I’ve got to go and pay to print the shipping label, as I do not own a printer, and make a trip to a post office - to fix their mistake. So not only do I have to spend time fixing their mistake, the vodka I ordered definitely won’t arrive on time for the birthday it was for. Save your time, order from someone else.
