Had to take my 5 series in for a recall. The process was flawless with special mention for Keely in the service team who was superb. Helpful from the outset; polite, courteous and a credit to Wollaston BMW.

Damage to my car that was self inflicted. I spoke with the body shop about the options to fund the repairs or make an insurance claim
They assessed the car and provided costs and time frame. I chose to self fund and arrangements were made to collect the car and complete work while I was recuperating from hip surgery,
Car returned yesterday, looks amazing, no signs of repair. Great communication and service throughout,

Unfortunately the car had a slight accident - Mark and his bodyshop team could not have been more helpful. An estimate was received within 30 minutes of him looking at the car and booked in straight for repair. He kept me fully informed through the repair process, went over and beyond what was expected and returned the car in showroom condition exactly when he said he would. After years of dealing with Mercedes, I cannot believe the completely different level of service provided by Wollaston, in every department - it’s actually a pleasure to deal with the team here, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ella in Service was fantastic when having to bring in my BMW for a warranty issue. The car had to be rebooked due to parts availability however Ella managed to get this booked in promptly for the issue to be resolved. Ella was very pleasant throughout and ensured I was always kept informed.

Excellent experience and service from start to finish, Andre Johnson could not have been more helpful, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend and source my car through Wollaston again.

I was excited to see the old building being knocked down driving in and was interested to see how they deal with customers in a different environment.
There was a buzz about the place as I walked in and I was made to feel very welcome. I didn’t have an appointment, but that was not a problem; I was offered a drink while they located a sales person to help me. I had a few questions but nothing felt like too much trouble, Mark French answered them all. I have bought several cars from Wollaston over the years and this experience was top notch again. I am very much looking forward to seeing the new building, and how they can elevate the experience once again in a brand new setting.

I have a 10 year old BMW with 22k on the clock. I had a trim part missing of the seat. I drove to BMW wollaston. This part was very hard to identify and confirm it is correct for my car. James K put in a lot of effort to find the part and took the time to make sure it was the correct part. I am very happy with the level of service I received. James went the extra mile to ensure I got what I needed. This is what will make me come back to BMW. It’s all about the service and after care service. James has been great and I would consider him an asset to BMW. He represents the brand and ensures BMW reputation is of excellence. Thank you.

Incredibly disappointed with the BMW Wollaston. I went in for a minor service, to which they told me it didn’t need doing. I explained that I like to keep up with maintenance for peace of mind and resale value. They not only didn’t put the service into my iDrive but also removed my previous full service. I was then told they can add todays one (minor) but not add the previous major back to the iDrive and that there is nothing they can do.

Since then I have asked if I can be put in contact with the service manager and have had to chase to no end for them to contact me and still have had nothing. I’ve had rude replies to emails saying that he is going to tell me the same thing that nothing can be done from the issue they have caused. I believe there’s always a solution.

My whole experience has been very unpleasant as I feel as though they couldn’t care less and will not put me in contact with management just so I can discuss my visit.

All I want is to discuss my experience and voice my opinion but they couldn’t care less and will not put me through to a manager.

The moment I walked in I was greeted and made to feel welcome, I also arrived a few hours early but that was no problem, I had already had conversation by phone and email with Ryan Readon prior to my visit and he had all the answers to my question's and queries and went above and beyond helping me all my paperwork (even out of hours) sorry buddy. When I left even the other sales guys shook my hand and congratulated me on my choice/purchase of my car, certainly made me feel special, Thank you everyone at Wollaston :)

I’ve bought 3 motorcycles and 2 cars through Wollaston and their service and after sales is fantastic. Recently hit a massive pothole which caused a lot of damage on the OS front. Keely Jowers in service had this sorted promptly and kept me updated throughout. Gave me a nice courtesy car to drive round in until it was fixed ( I didn’t want to give it back ).

Had a small issue, but my salesman Andre went above and beyond to solve to my satisfaction, would definitely recommend, especially dealing with Andre

Very disappointing poor service.! I bought brand new BMW X5 2023 , which turned up with faulty braking system ( surely I expected much more for the £80000 car). Wollaston BMW made an appointment to change the braking system . They took my car and returned it the same - faulty with the excuse they did not get the parts.. ? Why did they take my car ? You don’t make appointment to change braking system if you don’t have the parts?,. Wasted my time, my money and God knows what did they do to the car.

Great experience as always whilst getting my mini serviced. Tayla is highly knowledgable and was able to advise me on what I needed. Not only was the customer services fantastic, I know that my car is always in safe hands with the technicians at Wollaston BMW. I look forward to returning in the future.

Unfortunately after 12 years as a customer plus 3 other family members l was told by the service manager to take my business to another dealership.
If you question how a engine management light can disappear after being on for a month and was on when l arrived but miraculously was not when it when in the workshop but they assured me that they never saw it or cleared the fault but gave me a printout of the oxygen sensor fault. Telling lies to customers is not good service. So off to BMW Milton Keynes going forward.
The funny thing is l had a part exchange value on a new X1 but on the advice of the service manager l will now look at another dealership to order it .

Having a (no fault) accident is a stressful/traumatic experience and thankfully not something we encounter very often. On contacting Wollaston Motors Bodyshop (Nicola and Simon) I was very professionally and sympathetically guided through the process. Significantly, I was informed of what the legal situation was at time when I really needed help.

Sold our Mini back to the garage and it was incredibly smooth process all thanks to Darren (Kench). Darren was professional, accommodating & friendly. The car exchange took under an hour and the pre paperwork was easy. Thank you! Happy Christmas!
