How hard can delivering some food be?
Truly impressive how many times they screw up id say once every 3-4 orders your food doesnt even show up or if it does its somebody elses or the food is ruined by the courier.
Want to contact support? - REFUND GO AWAY or wait 3 hours if you want your food.
God damnit people i just want my food how hard can it be you have a ticket and a order number like seriously i dont want an amazing service i just simply want my food delivered i dont want to wait 3 hours either.

If I could give this service a zero I would. Delivery driver did two deliveries before he got to me. I live 10 mins from the restaurant it took over 30mins to get to me. Food cold and inedible, the driver refused to take the food back. I contacted customer service they said they would give me €25 for an €80 order which I didn’t eat. It was €25 in Wolt credit too, not a refund. I was told that that was all I was going to get. Avoid at all costs, use Bolt, much better.

Don't order especially on a Saturday evening or popular times. They just don't care about the quality of their food. The Wolt courier did another two deliveries further away than us and took ages to arrive. The food was a complete disaster, the fries cold and soggy and the chicken burger cold and lacking freshness. Shameful!
Useless Customer Support
Customer support are completely useless. Use another service provider in this industry. Wolt are useless and do not care about their customers.

Teach the driver how to drive the car on road, i was near the romero bus stop and he drive very fast and all rained water comes on us and we got dirty clothes, it’s humble request to you teach them behave good while people are walking, it’s disgusting 🤮 CLY402 time 1:13 there is camera on building check it please.

After being a user for many years I am sad to say that the service has gone from decent to mediocre. Wolt does not take accountability of their mistakes. Couriers aren’t motivated and often give order to anyone as they don’t have the energy to ensure the right person is receiving it. Also when ordering in Cash they often don’t have change which is very annoying . Support is ok but due to the company’s not user friendly policies they can’t do much to help either
Terrible experience with Wolt
Terrible experience with Wolt. My order arrived extremely late despite me providing clear location details, photos, and my phone number multiple times. The driver was unprofessional, argumentative, and at one point stood there ignoring me completely while my family waited in the cold after a long trip, with tired children back at the hotel.
Support was no help at all—they contacted the driver several times but couldn’t get him to deliver, then told me to reorder even though the restaurant was closed. Repeated requests to escalate the issue were ignored.
Food arrived in unacceptable condition: cold, soggy, damaged packaging, and warm drinks. The driver also ignored multiple messages and a clear request to call ahead.
Overall, extremely poor service, lack of accountability, and a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

customer care - non-existent but we are charged for world-class service...
restaurants on the app - some honestly good and should have thier own delivery team, rather than be on this con of an app, and some well are fraudsters cheating customers with missing ingredients, items and even setting up ghost kitchens to hide behind other brands.
Couriers: i pity most of them, they strike often for better wages

I honestly don’t understand how Wolt is still running. Every single time I order, something goes wrong. The food arrives late, cold, or half missing. Their customer service is useless – they just copy-paste the same scripted answers and never actually solve the issue. Refunds take forever (if you even get one), and they always try to blame the restaurant instead of taking responsibility.
The app itself looks nice, but what’s the point if the service behind it is this bad? Paying high delivery fees just to be disappointed over and over again is ridiculous. I’ve deleted the app and will never use Wolt again.

first of all my complaint concerns delivery. ordered products should be delivered to the specified address, because it was a hotel I wrote the room number in the order and I was sure that the product would be delivered to the hotel room. also in case of any problems with delivery I also gave in the note to the courier to contact the specified address. the company's obligation is to deliver to the specified location and the GPS position itself is not correct because the products were not delivered to the correct address, namely the room number. it is irritating to walk around the hotel (reception, cleaning ladies) and ask if they have not seen the courier. I did not order it through you to look for the parcel, I did not leave all the contact details so that the courier would not contact me. I believe that the delivery did not look as it should look and because of that I did not receive the ordered products. my question is - why didn't the courier call me if he had such a possibility (it should be standard in transport services to inform that you are on site) - why can the courier give the order to any person (no verification element - how do they verify it? where is some collection code) why most importantly didn't he deliver the products to the exact address (hotel room 1617) I don't recommend the company wolt! thieves

Scammers. My 70€ order was rejected by the restaurant and my money gone. They said will be reverted in my account immediately. No nothing happened my money is lost. I will never order again from this scammer company. They should not charge my card until the restaurant is not accepting the order. Scammers
Good customer service.
I moved to malta last saturday. Used wolt today as it was recommended to me to order some nice sunday fast food. I was impressed by the app. After getting the food delivered i found a small piece of fabric string in my food and got refunded after speaking to two lovely ladies in the live chat.
Thanks Wolt for the good service and i will be ordering again.

Unfortunatelly WOLT use very cheaty politics. They fool clients into ordering food in a higher prices, by placing some discount next to the payment button. The moment you slide to pay the price increases. Very shameful and cheaty way. So sad. I won't ever use this app again. Be careful!

I've ordered food 7-8 times via Wolt in Malta, it has worked well every time. Food arrived warm and tasty, nothing to complain about, friendly drivers, a great service.
No refund
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Wolt. I ordered items and wrote a note with specifications for my order, but I received the wrong items. I immediately contacted Wolt support and explained the situation, but was told that they could not refund my money despite it clearly being a technical error in their system that did not forward my comment to the store.
I paid 27.8€ for random items I did not order, and Wolt did not take responsibility for the error. The support was helpful, but their protocol left me without a solution, and I am unable to return the items personally.
I find it unacceptable that a technical error at Wolt becomes my problem, leaving me with the cost of items I did not want.
Keep away!
Ordered food, from a restaurant just down the road, and food arrived 23 minutes late, soggy and cold! Support said only entitled to 30% refund! Terrible customer service. Keep away!
