It has been great experience to work with BizFilings on each occasion we have setup business. The team has been very responsive, timely, extremely helpful and professional in answering all my LLC business enquiries with the most recent filing which was initiated in August 2023.

Enjoyed the process, it was simple and quick.

I was dropped very suddenly and told that I wasn't allowed to sell any products under my name with my label. No further explanation was given.

I highly recommend BizFilings as I have always received excellent service from them.

I ordered companies closing in August 2023, company still not closed. I emailed a lot of times to BizFillings, asking and reminding to finish finally closing, answer was: we are working on problem. This is latest answer from BizFillings:
Dear Ingrida,
Thank you for following up with me. To confirm, we submitted your filing to NJ on 8/7. At this point, the state is in control of all remaining processing. You previously provided the clearances to me, and it is up to the NJ state department to review and apply the necessary clearances to your record and accept the dissolution.
I’m sorry that the state is still processing (I checked the records today, and the state still shows this dissolution as pending). In the past, we have seen NJ take as long as a year to apply clearances properly. There is nothing else we can do at this point as everything is in the state’s hands. We will continue to monitor the state records and notify you once they have updated your company’s status accordingly.

other Business filling businesses offer more tangible items, such as an entire binder of necessary documents. Also, I have seen other business formation groups also provide more state bases information as well as links to entrepreneur forums

i keep getting calls from agency about a bill that's not owed. i cancelled service so long ago.. why isn't this correct yet!!!!!!!!!
