Broadway tickets through Wonderbox were definitely more expensive than buying directly, but since it was a gift, I still appreciated the experience.

Me regalaron la caja "Felices Fiestas" por valor de 99´90€. Al ir a reservar en un hotel cercano a mi ubicación, comprobé que solo había dos hoteles disponibles. Llamé al primero para reservar una noche con desayuno y me dijeron que hace tiempo que no trabajan con Wonderbox, pero sin embargo, no lo han dado de baja en la página. (publicidad engañosa)
En cuanto al segundo, sí pude hacer la reserva y no tengo ninguna queja con respecto al hotel (he sido atendida amablemente, buena ubicación, limpieza...), pero solo contemplaba el alojamiento por una noche. He podido comprobar en su página webb, que la tarifa es de 69€ por lo que no me parece bien que por la caja se pague 99´90. La diferencia ¿quién se la queda? Entiendo que lo razonable sería que Wonderbox me extendiera un cheque con la diferencia para poder utilizarla en otra ocasión. De lo contrario, considero que es un fraude.

There is no 16 digit barcode; only a 12 digit barcode & both are required for AMC. Neither I nor 3 of the friendly staff at amc could figure out Wonderbox’s silly program.

I had a great experience with wonderbox. It’s such a cool idea for a gift, my company gifted us amc and customer service helped me do an exchange since no amc locations are near me. I love the easy exchange option

Very flexible exchanges

The booking website was kinda slow honestly, I was worried the tickets would be late but it was a fast ticket delivery.

Less than thrilled with this experience. Trying to redeem an AMC movie theater package that my friend gave me for Christmas. Now, I'm not a total moron, but NOTHING worked to redeem online. Strike one: The link to AMC was blocked at first, I had to copy it over to a different browser. Strike two: you would have to pop back and forth between the upc numbers and back to the webpage to redeem... this isnt a great option when trying to do this on the phone. This is WAY to frustrating to bother. This is so stupid and a complete waste of time and effort.

My gift box had a value of $299.00. I had chosen to see the Outsiders, you can choose orchestra or mezzanine but have no idea what seat you will be in. I proceeded to choose mezzanine which I love then I received a prompt that I owed another 143.00 and needed to pay before proceeding which I did. I ended up in back row of mezzanine corner! when I received tickets via email the Face value of was $130.00 each, which would be $260.00 for both, plus an additional $91.00 for each ticket. I called emailed and no one returned my calls or would explain the extra $91.00 per ticket. I do understand there is a small fee when you book tickets but $91.00 per ticket is egregious especially when you have no idea where you will land in the theater.

My girlfriend loved the SPA Experience gift, I would definitely recommend everyone!

Decent show selection

Paid for 2day shipping, then never got a confirmation email so I called customer service. They told me I would not get my order at the time of delivery, so I requested a refund for what I paid. Was told over the phone they would send the refund and I never received it. Then a week later I get an order confirmation and eta of package, so I contacted customer service again and stated I wanted my order cancelled and I never got a response. So I sent another request for cancellation a few days after and still did not get a confirmation, however I was still charged $75 for a box. This companies customer service is terrible, and to this day I have yet to receive my refund. Additionally I got notified today that my order will arrive this week, the order I cancelled and requested a refund for. I am so disappointed and will never order from this company again.

I selected tickets to an Orlando Magic basketball game with my Wonderbox. I received a confirmation email with the tickets. However, I was never able to download the tickets. The venue does not know who Wonderbox is. I had to buy tickets the day of. This company is a complete scam.
