I ordered a princess picture for my granddaughter's 6th birthday. She opened it front of all of our family and friends. As soon as she realized it was her in the picture, she immediately broke into a huge grin and turned it for everyone to see. Communication is key. Thought I ordered incorrectly and someone worked with me to be sure I got the right product. Once recieved, confirmation came.and then again when shipped. Was relatively fast. The picture was a big hit at Grandsons party. Sorry, no pictures.
